Best grooming center ever!!! Treats my baby so well. The prices are reasonable and my dog smells amazing! So clean and professional. When I brought my dog in they treated her with love ???? Definitely coming here again!! Also gives my dog a cute bandana with each visit <3

I recently took my dog to get groomed her and I just noticed that she has a bump filled with liquid under her arm. It looks like an infected cut. I had seen some bad reviews but i was desperate. Never again, they should have told me…

My 84 year old grandmother took her Teacup Pameranian Layla to get groomed with my Aunty. They took her in at 11:30am and she was finally ready at 6:30pm. They cut her hair sooo short and uneven around her neck. They didnt wash her, she still smelled like when she went in. They were stalling to bring her out even.. to top it off they didnt give her water!!! They went straight home and as soon as she put her down Layla ran to her water bowl and drank like she hadnt had anything to drink all day! Layla has been in our family for 16 years now. She is the sweetest and it pains me to know that she was mishandled while she was there. I wish she could speak! Please reconsider before leaving your loved furbabies here. I'll post before and after pictures soon. Based on reviews it looks like the Owner Patty is the only one that cares or knows what they are doing.

This was my first time going to this shop. I was referred by a friend. I was so disappointed by my first grooming experience at another groomer attached to my vet! My puppy was so traumatized, she chewed her hair off in places, that all of her hair had to be cut down to match. Little Patty explained that the other groomer should have not used clippers on her. She was too young! In spite of this, Little Patty groomed her and even with her very short hair she looked adorable! She put these pretty bows on her ears. A personal touch, so pretty! Sofia barked a little while I was leaving, but when when I called later I heard no whining, crying or barking. I felt Little Patty took very good care of my Sofia and I will definitely be bringing her back for her grooming needs next month! Thank you so Little Patty!

This is a terrible spot to take your dog in for a grooming. They didn’t listen to how we wanted our dog to look and left him looking like a rat when we just asked for a trim. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

WORST GROOMER EVER!!!!!! For starters my PUPPY not even a year old, had a 10am appt they didn’t return him till 5pm. Then i go to pick him up, i had only asked he be trimmed, nails cut, and teddy bear face cut. They returned my puppy COMPLETELY SHAVED he is only 9 months and has a double coat. Why the hell would you shave a puppy with a double coat knowing winter is coming and he’s going to be freezing! He also has little cuts all around and his “teddy bear cut” they left his face looking choppy and rushed. I am so furious and what help did i get from the employees? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING they lady who answered my call all she did was tell me she wasn’t the one who cut him but that on the note card what was written down was “shave him short” NO I WOULD NEVER SAY SHAVE MY PUPPY WITH A DOUBLE COAT TWO MONTHS BEFORE WINTER AND POSSIBLY MESS UP HIS DOUBLE COAT PERMANENTLY!!!!!!! I took my dog here just recently to get a grooming and I called because it was taking so long. And they told me it was backed up . I asked if I could come get her because it was taking so long. They said yes. I live very close and immediately came. My husband went inside to get her and he was told to pay and he don’t understand what for. He paid so we could get our dog back. She looked exactly the same as when we brought her in, hair and dander still sitting on her top coat. They sprayed her with dog Cologne and gave her back. Her nails, ears, and hair still looked the same. I called once we had her in the car to ask why wasn’t she washed and the person on the other line swore she saw her in the bath. Which doesn’t make me feel confident in their ability to wash dogs. Very dishonest. The lady on the phone also said our card used will be put on block so I wouldn’t be able to come again. No problem with that I would rather pay for a service done verses a five dollar spray, sprayed on my dog. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone.

Been coming here for a while and all the time did you good job on my poodle sometimes my dog will have little cuts but because I know my dog moves a lot and doesn’t like people touching her mouth

Took my 4 yr old kitty for 1st time grooming. They did a great job she looked refreshed. Personnel was very nice. I recommend.

They left my friends dog for 8 HOURS. And when they picked him up he was poorly shaved and had cuts.

DO NOT go to this groomer. They are the rudest people that are lazy in their work. They do not like to put in the bare minimum to groom your dog in a decent manner. An old woman there has always been the rudest person I come across in this profession and she has not improved whatsoever. Do not take your dog here, they are not kind to people let alone to your pets. Every other groomer I’ve been to has accommodated me and treated my puppy like a princess. Beware of this groomer, DONT GO HERE!

I want to thank Patty for always grooming my boy Charlie, he wasn’t the easiest to deal with especially when it came to grooming. They always do a great job and charge a reasonable price . I definitely recommend.

I went to the big box pet store just East of this groomer, they were so rude and condescending, especially the young man with the complicated facial hair. I needed my dog’s nails trimmed. The staff at Palm Ridge immediately took my boy and got to work, even though they were very busy this Saturday morning. I could tell they were kind and caring by the way my normally skittish dog was relaxed and cooperative. I will be back for a complete grooming in the future.

I like this place so much I feel comfortable to drop all my pets they do a great job all the time.
