Great selection of organic selection for dogs. Prices are a bit high but nothing crazy. If you are all about supporting small local business then the $3 price difference from Amazon is well worth the local support.

This is my go-to location for pet food and treats! My friend and I have been to multiple IB Pet locations in San Diego, and this one is the winner - the store is always very clean and well stocked, and every one of the employees is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We've always felt comfortable the entire time whenever we go there. They feature local customer's pets up on canvases on the wall - we met one of them (Tofu) there! Great selection of healthy and natural options across every category, and they make an effort to stock locally from local farms for products like goat's milk. Would love to see additional promotion of local products. They also have a really nice rewards program, and many of their brands have loyalty programs associated with them. This IB Pet was actually the only location we've been to that actually pointed out the rewards & loyalty programs - which was astonishing for us to learn about, given we had been to the Rancho San Diego location many times and had never been told about it previously - despite almost all of our typical purchases being eligible! Thank you for a great experience every time!

I come here to buy my dogs' food & whatever other necessities I need. I like that the staff is always very knowledgeable about the products they sell here. One time in particular when I went, this employee named Ray was super friendly & helpful. We left with smiles on our faces because her positive attitude was just so contagious. I'm sure she had an awesome smile even though we couldn't see it from beneath the mask.

We went in and accidentally forgot our mask but Tatiana was kind about reminding us and even offered us some. We put our mask on and despite our forgetfulness, Tatianna still treated us great and took care of us. She will be why we come back. Thank you for hiring her!
