Dr. Locke spent time with the dogs and refreshingly didnt over prescribe medication or procedures. She was cautious and wants to continue to watch their health. The assistants were all friendly and very helpful.

Friendly staff just don't like that you cant make appointment for vaccines unless you want to pay double the price.

I was calling around the Ontario area for pricing and availability to bring in my pets and receptionist sounded so bothered by these two questions. When the call ended she could not even bring herself to say, thank you for calling or just anything pleasant and maybe inviting so I can bring my business here. If this is only the beginning I could not imagine dealing with this type of attitude, even just over the phone. I read the reviews to try to get a glimpse of the type of place and service they provide and this place could not even pass the initial, basic answering questions, and at least trying to sound nice and enthusiastic over the phone.

Gene (the veterinarian) is very kind and has great communication skills. The staff is quick and friendly. I trust my dog with them. The only reason for docking one star is the price. They are very expensive so be prepared if needed.

My goto clinic! Staff is amazing

Our cat was attacked by a dog so we rushed him to Country animal clinic. It was around 12:30 in the afternoon. Seeing it was an emergency they quickly took him to the back for an exam. After about 40 minutes they took us to the back to see him. They told us they close early at 4pm so there was nothing they could do and referred us to an emergency vet that they work closely with. On our way out they gave us a bill of $725. We originally didn't think much about it seeing the emotional state we were in. We paid and went home to wait for 4pm to pick him up. After we picked him up and took him to the emergency vet, we realized that they performed no work for the outrageous amount we were charged. The cat was shaved, given pain medicine, antibiotics, examined him and gave him an IV for $725. They did not stitch him up or performed any sort of immediate action to help close up multiple puncture wounds from the attack. He had waited a total of 6 hours to wait for the emergency vet to open before any action was taken. The emergency vet they recommended also over charged us almost $1900 to perform surgery to stitch up only a couple of the punctures. A week later things were not going good for our little buddy and we took him to a second vet. He was appalled by the lack of care both places provided to our cat. He took our cat in and gave him the care he needed. He said both country animal clinic and the emergency vet both neglected the needs of the cat and that country animal clinic should have done more than they did. I recommend to shop around for a different vet who cares about your animal and won't over charge you to do little to nothing for your beloved pet.

They have vaccination specials which is nice, the line gets long so show up early. And bring a water bowl because you'll wait outside and your dog will get thirsty

We love Dr. Gene and crew! We used to live in south Ontario, but moved to Upland and still go to Country Animal Clinic! They are so good to out fur family.

I love Country animal clinic, we have been bring our dogs to this clinic for many years for their shots and we'll being. The nurses are always kind and loving toward all pets. We also love getting our dog groomed here. Very affordable and trustworthy.

I went to the Vaccine clinic that have.. They are held every Wednesday and Saturday from 1-3pm. You don't need an appointment its frist come frist served. They are quick and the wait isn't too long.

Very nice staff and the veterinarian was very fast and professional I bring all of my pets here.
