We took our cat for a regular checkup, the staff very friendly, and knowledgeable about our cat's care. My only suggestion is to improve customer service, when a customer call your facility. It should not take over 20 minutes to speak with someone.

The majority of the staff that works there is great to deal with, the actual vets are very knowledgeable and were great with my puppy. However, their lack of communication and the surgical tech managers demeanor was extremely unprofessional and concerning. I wanted to get my dog spayed here due to the stellar reviews they seem to have. They said I had to bring in my dog for a wellness check to get a quote for the spay. Paid the $48 for the exam, brought my puppy in and it took about 2hrs from when we arrived until we were done. Called back the next day, and said we wanted to proceed with the surgery and how do we schedule it, said they'd call me back from the surgery team. 2 weeks passed and they never called. Called again, told them we still wanted to schedule it. It's been another week and I still haven't received a call to even schedule the surgery. So I had to pay, for them to tell me how much I'd have to pay. And after 3+ weeks they can't even give me a time frame to schedule. This is honestly probably for the better, if they don't have any communication within their business how are they going to treat my dog or anyone else's properly? I don't even feel comfortable bringing my puppy back. Disappointed, maybe they'd be more responsive if it wasn't that busy.

This place needs to hire more people always put on hold long wait times and communication gets lost between the front workers and the doctors. I pay good money and should not be treated like this

Out of five pet hospitals I called on a Saturday morning, only Chino Hills Animal Hospital would accommodate me with an urgent visit appointment. The office environment and decor are comforting and current safety protocols were being observed. The front desk staff was efficient and personable, and Dr. Brauer and her assistant were great! I've now changed veterinary practices after 25 years.

Fast and friendly service. My dog had surgery here and was very satisfied with the care and details provided. The cost was broken down and different options provided. I feel like they are pretty honest and have fair prices.

My pup gets excited whenever we pull into the parking lot! The staff here is incredibly friendly, they're clearly animal lovers and want to help. I absolutely love this place and will bring all future pets here.

Amazing animal hospital. We have been coming here for years and it only gets better. The prices are higher then some other places but their service and knowledge makes it worth it for our family. Our dogs love to see Dr Williams.

This place is all about the money - they really don't care about people or animals. Beckie Williams was my repro vet, but because of her and her lack of integrity, I lost a litter of puppies. I was a long time client of Beckie Williams when she was at her previous Animal Hospital. When she left there and went to Chino Hills Animal Hospital, I followed her there. Unfortunately, I have to agree with other posters that said this place is all about the money. I had a C-section done there earlier this year, and besides it being a disaster (my girl was cut in several places when she was shaved and at one point in time, no one even knew where my girl was), they charged almost twice as much as the previous animal hospital had for a C-section. When we brought the puppies in to have their dew claws removed, we didn't notice that Dr. Williams had missed removing the rear dew claws until we got home and had to take our 3-day old puppies back to the hospital to have the rest of their dew claws removed. Dr. Williams blamed me for not telling her that the puppies had rear dew claws. I thought it was her job to check! At eight days of age, one of the puppies started to fail. I called Chino Hills Animal Hospital to bring my puppy in, but they said that since Dr. Williams and Dr. Dunford weren't in, there was no one there that could treat my puppy. This was a week day and they are supposed to be Reproduction Specialist, but I was told to find somewhere else to take my puppy. I did take her to the emergency hospital and they tried very hard to save her, but she died. Dr. Williams never returned my phone calls or contacted us to take any responsibility for the lack of quality care. Not only would I never go there again for reproduction services, the lack of quality care would keep me from bringing any of my pets there. We will never go back to Chino Hills Animal Hospital and I don't know how they can call themselves a reproduction hospital, or quite frankly, an Animal Hospital. If you love your fur babies, do not go here!!!!

They are charging $65 as working fee for late 15min which was not mentioned when I make the appointment. Their excuse was only one Doctor today and work through her appointments.

They took my bunny in right away while other places wouldn't want to take him. They treated my bunny so good. Highly recommend!

Everyone seemed friendly and able to answer all my questions, very clean and professional look of the place, yard and employees. Was able to view dogs, since business has chained length fences.
