The staff is very friendly, the facility is clean, and well-prepared for COVID-19. Dr. Mallick is not only a professional, but highly knowledgeable. He listens to concerns carefully and finds best solution for the pets. I highly recommend this hospital for all your pet needs.

I brought my sick puppy in, they said he was fine, AND THE NEXT DAY HE TESTED POSITIVE FOR PARVO. My 10 week old puppy started throwing up late Sunday night and refused to eat or drink on Monday so we called Pets n Vets. They did not seem concerned overall and did not ask many questions (first red flags) but booked an appointment to bring him in later that afternoon. Doctor Mallick gave his exam and said he seemed happy and hyper with no fever or signs of obstruction. He advised that we monitor our puppy over the next 12 hours because the only other option was to perform A VARIETY of tests. We took our puppy home and the next morning he started vomiting again and there was blood in his stool. So I called a different vet. Upon arrival they IMMEDIATELY TESTED HIM FOR PARVO AND HE TESTED POSITIVE. So why were there a variety of tests that needed to be done by Dr.Mallik, I have no idea. Why I couldn’t have been referred if they simply did not offer this test, I have no idea. The fact that my puppy could have gained a day of treatment if it wasn’t for Dr.Mallick’s misdiagnosis is heartbreaking. I left a message with the office letting them know my puppy who had just been in there tested positive for parvovirus so hopefully they disinfected the place. Full transparency- my puppy got vaccinated at Pets N Vets almost a week before he got sick and has not been anywhere other than home so the chances of him contracting parvo from Pets n Vets is extremely high.

Dr. Malick and Ashlyn were great. Our puppy chewed up a pill that was dropped on the floor and got very sick. He was drilling and throwing up and his temperature dropped dangerously low. Ashlyn got him in a room very quick and Dr Malick was wonderful with his treatment. Without their quick actions, Oliver wouldn’t have made it. Thank you! Nichole

The staff is GREAT! Treated Bella with kindness and love! Always greeting you with a smile and VERY professional. AND, they NEVER "upsell" you trying to push unnessary treatments or meds your furry child needs. Love you guys!!

Ashlyn treated our puppy with care and was attentive to his individual needs. She is an exceptional Vet Tech and we would highly recommend her to anyone. Ashlyn helped Logan feel calm and comfortable in a setting that has usually made him feel nervous and panic-stricken. She has a natural ability to calm animals who are terrified and intimidated of doctor's offices. Ashlyn is an experienced Vet Tech and we encourage people take their animals to this office. When it came time to learn about Logan's injury, Dr. Mallick helped us understand the issue with Logan's leg and provided us with an immediate solution. He was very transparent and didn't try to up-sell us on anything. We appreciate the time he took to speak with us--despite being extremely busy--and highly recommend his office.

Dr. Malick and his staff have always cared for our fur babies with compassion and true professionalism. Several of our babies have crossed the Rainbow Bridge and the staff has always been so caring and supportive. Our remaining babies still go to Pets N Vets and will continue to do so. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Words are not adequate to describe the gratitude we have for Dr. Mallick and his team at Pets ‘N’ Vets. Our beloved cat Midnight, went from bounding on the hill in our yard to gravely sick in a matter of days. He was terribly nauseous, vomiting, refusing to eat or drink and hiding himself in corners and under tables or furniture as if he was at his end. With worried and heavy hearts we took him to Dr. Mallick. He, Jenny, Ashlyn, and Alexis were all so compassionate and kind to Midnight and to us. Dr. Mallick helped us prioritize the testing and treatment Midnight needed in order to figure out what was wrong and how to help him. There was more than one time when we thought Midnight might not make it. Dr. Mallick told me that understanding what is wrong with cats is often a puzzle and not straight forward. He told us more than once not to give up hope...that he was not giving up. Midnight is so precious to us and Dr. Mallick was determined to help him. The comfort that that brought us I cannot express. The diagnosis of pancreatitis and Midnight’s recovery took a couple of weeks. The affection we felt with Dr. Mallick, Ashlyn and Alexis at each visit was such a blessing. We always felt that Midnight was in such loving care when he was with them and seeing them lifted our spirits each time. The skilled care for Midnight and generosity of heart and kindness we experienced from Dr. Mallick was truly a gift. Before we left Midnight with Dr. Mallick the first time, we prayed for Midnight, that God would heal him and that Dr. Mallick would be instrumental in that healing; our prayers were answered. They nicknamed Midnight, ‘Miracle!’ We are so very grateful to you Dr. Mallick, Alexis, Ashlyn, and Jenny for all you have done for Midnight and for our family. We’ll come back to visit when this quarantine is over.

Dr Malik has saved my dogs life twice. The first time with an emergency surgery to remove a blockage and the 2nd time a surgery to repair an infection and stitches done by an emergency pet hospital...I trust him emphatically and he doesn’t price gouge me either, which I appreciate!

NOT WORTHY of 1 Star. We have been coming here for over 5 years while having a few issues of incompetence & a very rude staff over this time unfortunately we stayed with them. On 2-11-19 their HEARTLESSNESS and INCOMPETENCE became horrifyingly clear. We brought our 15+ Beloved Blazer into join her sister at the Rainbow Bridge. We were checked in and quickly ushered into a damp, cold room waited for a tech to rudely come in and tell us it would be a wait for the doctor. Waiting was not a problem, but we would prefer to wait in the lobby (knowing with people and dogs, it’s a good distraction for us) tech reply’s we prefer you wait in the room. We did wait patiently for some time and tech came back taking Blazer to the back for a IV catheter to be inserted. Within a few minutes we heard Blazer bark and cry out in pain. over 5 minutes later Blazer cried out again, I left the room went to back door watched as 2 techs held Blazer down and DR. Mallick already having attempted on two other legs made a THRID attempt to insert the catheter. When he finally finished he immediately injected the first medication?(Even a competent Vet tech knows to administer in the presence of owner only). They brought our beloved Blazer to us whole body seizing and unconscious in a second!!! She didn’t even know we were there!! OUR BELOVED Blazer KNEW ONLY TERROR AT THE HANDS OF HEARTLESS INCOMPETENT people in her LAST moments of consciousness. Unbelievably the tech told us to let her know when we were ready for the Doctor our response was now please and we received an extremely RUDE response “Now”? We responded with YES PLEASE!! Dr. Mallick finally came in and gave Blazer the final injection without uttering a word. My family, friends and I hope that this post will help to prevent anyone reading it from allowing these HEARTLESS, INCOMPETENT people access to your beloved fur baby.
