PetSmart Orange, California

I have never had one good experience walking into this location. Anytime I have visited was a complete nightmare and have been completely disrespected as well as 100% dissatisfied with the overall PetSmart experience. Just like many other PetSmart locations. There is a small percentage of PetSmart locations that do go above and beyond to make sure that customer satisfaction is their number one priority and I may mention their locations at another time but not today

My dog's favorite place for obvious reasons.

Since my dog had been misbehaving, I sought the assistance of this pet store. They aided me in understanding what I was attempting to do as well as what I needed to do to keep it from happening again.

My pups were here for 2 days and loved it they hada fun filled few days playing with other pups. The staff are on top of it and they called me to talk to me about one of my pups with an action plan while I was away. They answered a of my questions and very friendly and helpful in-person and on the phone. I will definitely be bringing them back to this location in the future.

This is one very clean and organized store. I can place my order online for pick up and they usually have it all in stock. They great you with a “hello” and a smile. This review is just for the shopping experience. They offer other services but I can’t give it a full 5 without trying those out but 4 is high ????????

Pets Mart is the greatest with cool staff.

Just can't warm up to the layout of the store. Just doesn't seem logical.

Always clean and has a lot of stock for different pet foods, toys, and accessories. Plus the staff are very nice and helpful

Took my baby for her first spa day at PetSmart Saturday 9/25/21. They did a great job and my baby smelled so good ????

Took my dog in for a nail trim. The ladies in the grooming salon were very nice.

They do NOT carry Taste of the Wild dog food.

I have given this place multiple chances and service is non existent. I went only because they were open later then the petco and will never go back!

They really helpfull but the cricket are little high for tiny one they use to be 12 €cent for small now it 14€ cents i go somewhere else to get 15 for a $1

The Orange PetSmart location is wonderful. It is very clean and organized. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant! I will always frequent this PetSmart location!

Last Monday afternoon, I went to this pet shop to buy some stuff for my lovely dog. I was so happy when you have it at a very friendly price. I also thanked your staves for being so friendly to me. What a nice service! I am always thankful to you guys for being so helpful. Highly recommendable pet shop in the area!

We visited PetSmart in Orange on my day off because we were looking for a 10 gallon filter for my pet Betta Fish Little Blue! I currently have two betta fish but I wanted to go ahead and give them ample space and this filter is nice and quiet like it says in the description, so it was since I've had one I figured I'd get a second one to make sure that we keep them safe and sound! I found exactly what I needed however the only thing that was not there was the Tetra Aquasafe for bettas. I really like this product because it helps to dechlorinate the water and it's worked better for me than other products I've used before, but they were out of stock so that was a bummer I was needing a big bottle of this one... other than that this was a great experience as well the staff or cashier I should say was very friendly!

I love petsmart because they are all for helping you take care of your pet. There are so many cat and dog foods and there are a bunch of toys and carrier crates for your pet.

People who work here move pretty slow except for the managers, they are really helpful.
