I love how they treat my dog. She's not there all day maybe for 2 hours And when she comes out she's always looking to you before There's no other place I would take my girl. The staff always makes me feel safe and secure leaving my girl there knowing she's in good hands Thank you Bella Mia ???? ❤❤❤

I needed a groomer fast! Our rescued standard poodle was about to be neutered and therefore unable to get wet for two weeks, and I had failed to make a grooming appointment. They kindly fit Charlie in and did a great job giving him a nice short summer cut. I was very impressed by their professionalism, care, and responsiveness. Plus, our boy emerged very happy, so their environment must be quite calming. Thanks, Bella Mia!

I was really unhappy with this location in March. The owner cuts my Pomeranians fur. I’ve asked for something specific and they don’t really respond well. In addition, I always have to ask her to cut addtional fur off to complete the hair cut to what I asked for. In the service nail trimming is included and they don’t trim the nails in the service. So I asked for a lower price since they are unable to trim the nails and she said she won’t be able to do that. This is really unfortunate I’ve been going here for over a year

The BEST GROOMING in the chino hills, my three devils look and smells great very time, she is the only groomer I will take my children to, you have to go in with your dogs to see what I am saying just a great personality and friendly you can’t beat the great care your dog will get. They seem like nice people, and my experience with them was generally pretty good, but on one particular visit my dog was frightened and wouldn't come out of the cage to be groomed. Rather than try to coax him out or find a creative way to get him out, they just called me to come pick him up, saying I couldn't bring him back any more. Mind you, this is a 10lb Llasa Apso we're talking about here (not a Rotweiller!) and they had groomed him before. Since they don't want him back, I haven't gone back to Bella Mia, and now I have a new groomer who is really good with him because she actually took the time to make him feel comfortable, so I guess this was a blessing in disguise. Im sure Bella Mia will say that it's not a groomer's job to play the role of dog wisperer, and I would generally agree with that; however, it's certainly the difference between an excellent groomer and just an ok groomer.

They are not only very professional the whole knows how to take care of my baby. I will not go anywhere else and I am very picky when it comes to my baby girl.

Fast an gentle, they did a great job on my 6 month old Buddy. 1000 times better than Petsmart.

Can't say enough good things about our first experience at Bella Mia. Mario was so sweet, reassuring, and was able to get both my dogs in on the same day. Rosie and Bowser look amazing, feel so soft, smell awesome and are very happy pups! I described exactly what I would like and they exceeded my expectations.
