I highly recommend Pupscale..it smells nice, Its cozy ,clean & the staff is always friendly & gentle to your family Pet.. We love Melissa & the Pupscale team. Miss Lucy has been coming here for 7yrs...they don't use hard toe clippers, they buff the toe nails & thats helpful with a nervous Pet ... Miss Lucy always comes out lookin Divalicious.!!!????????????

We love Mel and the Pupscale crew and more importantly so does our little guy. Mel and her staff are conscientious, kind and provide a quality service. We never have a problem getting our pup in because we schedule in advance which is recommended because the place is so popular. We can leave our little guy with confidence because Mel and her team love on our little guy. And when we pick him up, he’s just the cutest thing you’ve ever seen. He doesn’t like his front legs touched but Mel is patience and gets it done. If you love your pup, you need to go to Pupscale.

I called to make an appointment for my dog. My call was never returned. After three voicemails and two text messages, I gave up. I guess they pick and choose who they want to do business with. Very poor business practice

I have been taking both of my dogs to Pupscale for 8 years now. I would not take them anywhere else! Melissa and her staff are kind, well trained, professional and they treat my fur babies like they were their own! Melissa is knowledgeable and stays up to date on all things grooming, so much so that she is sought after to speak and present at trade shows all over the country! My dogs go every 8 weeks to be groomed and thr staff does such a great job that they still look great when their next appointment rolls around. Prices are reasonable for the amount of love and care your pet will receive, I promise it's worth every penny! Thanks to Melissa and staff for all their hard work and for making my dogs look show stopping all the time!

I have been using Melissa at Pupscale for several years. She is absolutely top quality. She is attentive and catches things I don’t. She will probably love your fur baby more than you. I know my dog is in the best hands with Melissa. She is 100% worth every penny I spend and more.

Mel and her team are amazing at taking care of your pup. She's always very thorough and makes sure you are happy with how your dog looks/feels. Staff is very friendly and prompt with letting you know when your dog is ready to pick up. Worth every penny, can't recommend higher.

Oh my gosh, I am shocked at these 2 negative reviews right off the bat. People are cray! Melissa is a phenomenal dog groomer and I am very blessed to have found her. She is the best around!

Called to have my old English sheepdog groomed, just a wash. And they told me no because she wasn’t small enough, so I asked what they considered small and they said 35. I weighed her and called them back and told them she was 36.4 pounds, she’s very very small for a sheepdog and they were so rude and condescending. They wouldn’t take her. A business that is 1) not even the slightest bit flexible. And 2) only caters to tiny dogs isn’t a good groomer.

Melissa is the best! She truly cares about my baby and listens to my concerns. Her haircuts are always perfect! My pup is never stressed when she goes to the groomer!

We have been going to Melissa for about 2 years now, with a Standard Poodle mix and a Golden Retreiver. So happy with her. She is patient and kind and our two girls have never looked better. Our Poodle mix was fearful from a previous bad experience at a different groomer. Melissa worked with her at each visit and now she jumps up on the grooming table without being asked.

Melissa is THE best groomer! 2 years ago, I brought Lelani every 3 months to a different groomer, until I met Melissa. She is the first groomer who does an amazing job, and does exactly what I want. Lelani looks so pretty and is always so happy after her haircut. I moved 30 miles away from Chino, but I still come to Melissa. It's so worth it to drive the 30 miles. I'm so happy that we found her, she's an amazing groomer and she is always happy and friendly! I love your new store. Hard work pays off! ???? you're amazing!

The only place we will take our Shiba Inus to! The owner, Melissa is great in listening to your needs & very gentle with your pets! You do have to make an appointment, just like a salon. I like that you will get a text when your pets are almost done so they're not waiting around.Our Kuma doesn't want to leave, she loves being social...Zeus on the otherhand...
