If I could give them six stars I would. I've been to four other veterinarian clinics and this one is the best by far. Instead of the other places trying to over bill me, they went out of their way to make sure I didn't get charged too much. I will never take any animal anywhere else.

Everyone there was AWESOME with the way they treated us, our puppy, shots and answering questions!! Dr. Kira was very gentle and quite knowledgeable!!

I love that the entire staff is so caring and friendly. The Veterinarians are very thorough and explain their findings and recommendations. I completely trust their expertise. Chico Animal Hospital is far and above others I have visited in the past. Thanks to each and everyone on staff!

This was my first experience bringing my dog here and it was 10's across the board! Staff was so kind and friendly!! Dr was so nice as well and really took the time to examine my dog and talk to me about my concerns. Facility was clean as well. Would recommend to everyone! Thanks for the great experience!

We love Dr. Crowson! He took the time to talk to us, get to know our pup and didn’t make us feel rushed. He listened and gave appropriate feedback. Facility was clean, quiet and very pleasant. We are very happy to have switched to Chico Animal Hospital! Highly recommend!

I had to bring in 3 rats for growths. The staff were very kind and citrous. The doctor even gave a discount which was much appreciated. This will be my go-to vet for my rats. Great experience.

Since the ownership changed a couple of years ago it is no longer the same high level of care. You can do better, much better for your pets.

We are new to the Chico animal hospital, coming from All About Pets and so far we have had the best experience with you guys! Everyone is so helpful and friendly and I feel comfortable bringing my unruly dogs in for care. I look forward to bringing my dogs in for future visits as your facility makes it way less stressful.

My dogs have only been patients for a short time, but the staff is very friendly and efficient, and Dr. Dennis is a wonderful vet. He is very kind and gentle to my pets. When I had an issue with my dog being in severe pain, he called and checked in regularly just to see how she was doing and to see if I had any other questions or concerns. As any vet, it costs an arm and a leg, however that is anywhere you go. I would definitely reccommend this practice :)

We had to have our dog bandit put to sleep a little Over a month ago. It was a first experience for me and it's been very painful. He was 13 yrs old and my first dog as an adult. Dr Dennis was great he was very patient and kind. I greatly appreciate his gentleness and giving us all the time we needed to say goodbye to my boy.

We appreciate how much all of the staff as well as Dr. Dennis & Dr. Kira care for our dogs during each and every visit. Everyone is always very friendly and easy to work with. Thank you for all you do for our beloved pets!

Friendly, caring staff. My vet was kind, and very thorough in the procedure my cat was going to have. I felt that my little one was in great hands. Very reassuring and glad to have them be a part of my pet's care.

The kindness and real liking of their different responsibilities is what struck me first. All of my questions were answered with a smile. From the assistant who came out to get Sam to the doctor to Sam who handled my billing (Sam in the front office) I could not have asked for a more productive (got all my questions answered!), enjoyable experience.

Fantastic, thorough staff who truly care. Previously went to another clinic that was recently closed. I was able to get an appointment relatively quickly and the vet was very nice. Reasonably priced as the visit was less than it was at the other location.

This is the place to go in Chico! They take time to explain things. They really seem to care about your pet.
