Best hospital/veterinary specialists ever. I am at total ease when they take care if my 4 month old puppy. Front staff, and vet techs are a perfect 10 in my book. They are up front with every thing down to giving my puppy a Manny peddy! Dr. Kitto is up to date on all things needed for the breed I have. If I could give a 100 stars I would.

Dr. Kitto is an amazing veterinarian....he has been our vet for over 20 years. We now travel all the way from SF to see him. I can't imagine anything else!!!

If I could leave zero starts I would. In an emergency situation with my dog having a seizure I was refused service because I was not a current clint and they had no openings.

We brought our chihuahua here for the first time to continue his allergy treatment/ care from his old vet in So Cal. I chose this hospital because of their great reviews and when I spoke with the receptionist she answered all of my questions and was very helpful. We saw Dr. McGann for our dogs initial exam and she was great and very thorough. She answered all of our questions and concerns and took her time to make sure our dog Kenny received what he needed today. Amber our technician was also great and a chihuahua person so that helped! I hope we can continue care with Dr. McGann for Kenny. She was great! Our dog receives cytopoint injections to treat his allergies and thankfully this hospital does offer this injection. The waiting rooms are separated for dogs only on one side and cats only on the other side(definitely a plus!) The waiting room was clean. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful for the multiple phone calls I made to make sure we had all of the right paperwork for Kenny’s first visit. We will definitely be coming back here for Kenny’s continued care and procedures he will need in the future. Great vibes from the start to finish at this hospital. Very happy!

This ppl lace was amazing as much pain i was am in and they did everything let me be nice rude whatever it took they still smiled with my pain in there eyes as she took my baby that a truck ran over he was my best friend I dont think this will ever go away but they went above and beyond

I've been bringing my dog here for about 5 years. They always take great care of my dog. He had a minor surgery and they were very transparent with their pricing, including offering a low and a high quote. I love the separate dog and cat entrances, as my dog gets overexcited when he sees cats. Staff is always very friendly and attentive.

If I have to use doctor Vinson I will probably never ever bring my dogs here again, extremely unprofessional on A-day that I had to put my dog down, To hear the dog doctor say that she's been dumped on by your previous vet was classless, and unprofessional.

Decent place to get entropion surgery for dog I have a shar pei mix that really needed this surgery for her eyes as they would constantly bug her making her eyes irritated and tear so I knew I had to get something done. I didn’t search far to get this surgery done as I thought the price was fair and seemed it needed to be done quickly. A few reddit searches and I saw that the surgery could be upwards of 3000+ dollars So I thought the initial cost of 11xx.xx$ was fair (Something like 1158.00$ was the cost don’t have the receipt anymore) 2 weeks prior to surgery day my dog had a tear in her intestine line possibly due to eating something she wasn’t supposed to She was placed on medication. Surgery day comes and I let them know she was taking this medication and now it becomes a big deal Not sure why but more test were needed before they could do the surgery An extra 100$ or so even though I told them it was fine So I say run the test and call me back with the results (This where it the bad service comes) I go the whole day with out hearing from them and wondering if my dog is okay I call about 3 times and finally get to talk to someone with out being on hold for over 20 minutes around 5 hours after I dropped my dog off and they say She’s recovering from surgery So they didn’t even tell me the results when I was waiting for them. Surgery went great no complications. My girlfriend and I go to our dog up and as we are walking in the front counter people nearly shut the door as my girlfriend is walking in claiming “covid” one person at a time in waiting room not sure why if we both had masks on it was very rude And it wasn’t their first time doing it either They had this older woman waiting outside and she said they nearly shoved her out as well Each time we went back or picked up medication these people at the front counter were always very rude to other people they weren’t directly dealing with As for the doctor she was a nice person and I’m really glad how the finished product ended up Overall the procedure was good But the customer service sucks Don’t expect much from the people at the front counter. If you can ignore the front desk and only care about getting something done this is an OK place to do it

I’ve gone here a couple times before for regular checkups and a dental surgery, but this most recent time, they saved my baby boy Sam. Even during the struggle of a pandemic, they were professional and very sympathetic to our situation. You know it’s a good vet when you’re confident in their treatment of your dog, even when you can’t walk in the building to see it for yourself. Thank you to everyone who works here. ❤️

I would give them a 10/5 if I could. We started taking my pup to Erickson in the middle of COVID and they have been so helpful. They call back timely with test results and their automated emails are thorough with reminders and surveys. Highly recommend this vet!

We have been going to Erikson's for 20 years. They used to care but have become all about money. Last spring they advised us to have surgery for our cat. They Killed him. He died shortly after surgery. They want us to pay 1200 for killing my cat. They said afterwords that the surgery wasn't necessary and the problem could have resolved without it. I miss Dr. Brogran. You all should be ashamed.

Great place so far taking my pup. Worked with me everytime to get her shots and will give you a text and call to check up on their next visit. Vet bills can be pricey but give these place a chance and you'll love them too. Hell even traveled 4 hours round trip just to get my dog to a place I know she'll be taken care of..

I took my lab mix in to get an exam due to excessive issue with digestive issues and the staff was great! The receptionists were so sweet! I have to agree with the previous review that when I took my dog in that walking by the room which a woman by the name of Stephanie ( I confirmed her name with the veterinarian I saw) resides in seemed to have unruly animals present. Her animals were the most unpleasant portion of this visit and made my dog severely uncomfortable. Pls stop bring your animals in, or learn to train them. As the saying goes “there is no such thing as a bad animal, just a bad owner.”. Other than that, my dog was seen and care was fantastic! I wish I could give a better rating, however I am unable to at this time.

They are soooo sweet!!! I highly recommend them. I have been treated wonderfully. My birds are staying with Erickson.

Called to take our cat in that was failing, told us could not help. They were her vet too. Second time this happened on less then 3 months. No compassion from them. Will be changing vets. You think they are supposed to be there in time of your pets need.

My little pup fell off my bed and it was a Saturday so of course my regular vet was closed. They got me in that afternoon and gave her a look over and reassured me that everything was fine. They even addressed the skin condition that she has had most of her life. She's doing great thanks to Erickson Veterinary Hospital!

My boyfriend took our dog here a week ago and it just wasn’t the best. There was a Great Dane in one of the offices when we went in that was extremely aggressive and has a lunging problem. Based on a few other people I know that take their dogs here, they’ve confirmed similar occurrences (along with a chihuahua that seems to be with the same owner). It just makes me uncomfortable that we take our animals here for great care, but have to worry about the staff bringing in animals that aren’t trained. It’s unfortunate, but because of the issues with these dogs I won’t be returning and would recommend the owner do an assessment with these animals before allowing them back in the office. The service was great, and the price was about what you would expect from a mom and pop shop.

Had an amazing experience here. This was my dads vet that he recommend me to take my dog to. Shes an old girl and they didnt discriminate on breeds. Very friendly staff and vets.
