Steve Haerther and the Cozycroft staff are the best. They’ve taken care of our pets and all of our family’s pets for many years and we’ve recommended them many times.

30 years later, still family like treatment

My dog had a torn nail and he was well cared and provided antibiotics to prevent infection. Very good covid19 protocol in place to minimize exposure for staff and patient owner.

We love it here. The staff is kind and very caring. Dr. Hearther is the best. Very patient and answers all our questions. Been going to Cozycroft for more then a dozen years now. Have recommended it to many friends.

Took my dog in for a teeth cleaning consultation on a friday few months ago, consultation felt very rushed almost as, I see your dog, yes surgical cleaning is necessary bring him back- bye were done! Consultation was done in 5mins! I had to slow him down and ask well are you going to check his ears, eyes, weight?? Wow! Those $60 were the fastest to slip my hands. Vet didn't seem caring, so sorry never went back! Not impressed!

I brought my Rottweiler in to have his tail cut after I accidentally caught it on the door. The vet and staff were very accommodating and treated my pup good. Their pricing is very reasonable. No one likes vet visit specially during COVID. But I was pleased with the entire ordeal. Thank you everything at cozycroft. Troy is doing great!

We have been using cozycroft pet hospital for probably over 25 years and would not change. We trust dr. hearther and his staff completely. They have always taken wonderful care of our dogs and we would highly recommend them and have frequently done so.

we've been in the car an hour and a half! when I get here they tell me they cannot see me even though I called and said I was running late. Customer service not good! They also keep putting dogs on the ground in 100° degrees weather like their paws are not burning! Never again and not taking responsibility for telling me it was ok to come! If it was a problem they should have said it when I called to tell them I was running late! The worst front desk staff.

This vet was recommended to us by a neighbor. Great staff! Very down to earth. We have a Labrador and a cat and every time we go in the staff dotes over our boys as though they where their own pets.

Fantastic! I just parked in the front and the vet tech came out and gave my dog his vaccines. We never had to get out of the car. Very professional!

Was not allowed to go in with my pet due to the pandemic but over all, great experience. Way too hot to be discussing anything outside though.

Every positive description applies. I was early Dawn helped right away and Becky (doggies name) whom usually growls melted into Dawns arms and was super relaxed right away. The office was in thorough communication and delivered excellent service. Becky had a severe dental situation and she’s an older dog. This can be dangerous and has been stressful looking for the right place to take her. It was a massive relief to find the best team whom truly are dog people with out a question!!!
