Great service from Dr. Flores and staff. They are very thorough and compassionate with all of their help.

I took our 6 month old kitty, (adopted 1 month ago), for his FVRCP & rabies vaccinations. I wanted to be the one to hold him while he got the shots. Due to covid, that’s ravaging our area, I wanted to get in & out, not have someone else hold my cat, and get his shots.

Answered the phone “Hello” Could not answer any questions unless they put me on a 1-2 minute hold. Seemed like an answering service from home.

I went to Thrive the first time because my previous vet which claimed to be 24 hours could not help me during an emergency. Thrive took me in that day and I haven't looked back since. Signing up for Thrive Vet Care has saved me so much money during vet visits compared to the privately owned vet practice I went to previously. The staff is friendly and remembers you and your pup. I have never had to wait long to be helped and I've always been given a thorough breakdown of the services being performed at what price. I have a very anxious pup and the staff is very kind and comforting to her, they never come to me sounding frustrated by her shaking like other vets have. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I was so relieved to have been connected to Dr. Carrie Chang at the Santa Clarita Thrive. She clearly explained possible health issues with our cat and what diagnostic tools would diagnose them. Waiting for test results, she prescribed several relief measures to keep him comfortable. Very compassionate and efficient, our cat's new vet.

Absolute miserable place. Like to have animals suffer and not help. Doctor is a stuck up person with no compassion for anything. The technicians are the worst and have no sympathy for anyones situation. People like this should never work in the veterinary field. Shame on everyone there. Don’t take your pets here, anywhere would be better than this place.

Appropriately spaced seating in the lobby. But was promptly taken to exam room at appointment time. Confident knowledgeable Doctor and very helpful staff. Website is awesome for making appointments and communicating with staff/Doctor.

I live in North Hollywood and don’t mind the drive at all to this wonderful Thrive. Truly the best Thrive my dog and I have been to! Super clean facilities, friendly techs and doctors! Thank you to all of the staff here who always make Aurora and I feel at ease. We appreciate you all!!

Dr. Carri Chang was wonderful. Communicated very well with me on all my concerns and listened to what I had to say and listened to all my concerns and details. Also explained the medication in detail for me and went over possible side effects and everything. The vet visit went smoothly and the price was great for treatment and everything as a VIP member for Thrive(:

Other than the hours being wrong and apparently being closed on Sunday and Monday (the door and Internet times are wrong) the staff and doctors have taken great care of my babies and I’m very appreciative of that. The cost is less than an original veterinarians office yet the experience is top notch. So, thank you Thrive but please get your hours updated as it can be very stressful for those of us trying to reach you and you’re not there. Thank you.

They upsold me to a useless service. $20/m and when I call they say they're closed for the next 3 days.

Who doesn't love a store dedicated to beauty and makeup?

The nicest, most knowledgeable, caring and honest staff and doctors. Cannot recommend enough. The doctors actually listen to you and your concerns and don't ignore your animal right in front of you. I'm so grateful I found them

We have a month and a half year old puppy and had her checked out by Thrive. They were professionally and took care if my puppy. I also saw how they took care of another person dog that was sick and they were very passionate about the animals regardless if size. The only recommendation u would suggest is to have a checkin sheet for puppies. The question are for dogs who have been established. Some questions didn't apply to puppies. Overall very happy with the staff.
