My Max has a problem with his foot. I just called wanting to leave a message for an appt. Someone answered and was very rude. It is not an emergent situation at all. She was very rude!!! I think this is why I changed vets after encounters with the place. So sad because the vets are top notch!

They originally did the nutering of my rescue dog Fred but at the same time he had cherry eye. I had never heard of it but was told that it could cause damage to his eye and or loss of vision. I had the procedure done on his left eye and when I got him home they shaved around his eye and a month later he had to have the right eye done. Again they shaved his eye and this time they did a much better job of shaving his eye compared to the hack job they did on the other eye. Everything they did this time was done with more care than before. Fred's doing great and that is all that matters. I would take both of my dogs back to them if I didn't already have a regular veterinarian.

I love this place and have for years

Recently switch vets to Edeb pet hospital. They actually answer the phone every time I call, they are easy to get in for appointments, my pets love being there, good service. So far so good!

Doctors and nurses are the best there, They take great care of their patients.

The staff there was so sweet! And the vet (I had Dr. Sunny Wen) was extremely informative and nice! The hospital is also very clean. Overall I had a pleasant time there. Highly recommend!

Best veterinary clinic ever!! We absolutely LOVE Dr. Bela Kisamov, who is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely caring!! Not to mention, the entire Staff is very accommodating, simply sweethearts!!

I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now. I definitely recommend this place. 1. The parking lot is extremely small and often overbooked so it’s difficult to park and you’ll be blocking someone in or someone will be blocking you in. 2. You won’t be in and out quickly. I promise you. After arrival, I wait for 20 minutes for them to see me. Appointments can range from 40 minutes to an hour. Post appointment procedure takes another 20 minutes. 3. The doctor I have (Dr. Parsley) is absolutely brilliant. She’s so enthusiastic and helpful, I really appreciate her expertise and the positivity she brings into every interaction.

Doc and staff were knowledgeable and handle my anxious pup well. Appt was quick and doc was willing to talk through several questions that I had.

Dr. Debaco and staff always go out of their way to help. We had an emergency Monday morning and they were fully booked. They allowed us to drop our cat off intje morning so they could work him in during a lull. They fixed him and we are so grateful. Best vets we've ever had.

Picked up a friend's dog and the staff was very helpful and over all pleasant.

Lost TWO pets through them. Consistently overdosed one of my dogs, which is what I suspect ultimately took him. I shouldve left them long ago. This vet really helped our dog Simba out and gave us multiple options to help fit our budget and we ended up with a plan that potentially saved his life and this vet has continued to help us out throughout the pandemic even helped me out when I had Covid and couldn’t come in in person I cannot recommended this vet enough great will definitely be back

Excellent service. Very thoughtful and kind. I brought in a feral cat and they were so patient and kind.

These folks are always great, they take amazing care of our cats. They're very knowledgeable and kind. I've been to another vet in the area in an urgent situation and felt like they took advantage of us, but at Eden I trust the Vets and staff completely. They even made a mistake recently, forgot about us and we ended up waiting around 30 minutes to be seen and they were very nice and took care of us. Great team, highly recommended.

Super considerate staff that genuinely care about the animals. Our 3yo cat recently has been experiencing respiratory issues and they are working hard to help us figure out what's wrong and give treatment. My family has been using this clinic for many years for our various animals.

Altho this is a very busy time, Dr. Dabaco makes a point of speaking with the pet owners directly, rather than having her staff relay the message. This is particularly important when discussing treatment.
