I don't like the new people who work there. She didn't trim my dog's nails and cut my dog under his arm pit and didn't even tell me. I told her my dog has back problems and she was pulling my dogs back leg. Thankfully I was watching so I went in and told her he has back problems you can't do that someone has to hold him. My dog got a skin infection for his paws not being cleaning and I paid $70 plus I tipped her $10. I am never coming here and will be complaining directly to Claudia.

We took our two Bouviers in for their summer full body clip and poodle feet for foxtail and burr season. The Claudia staff is caring, competent and courteous.

I live in Sacramento and every time I'm down to visit my family, I always go to Claudia's Coiffeur Le Petite to get my dog's nails trimmed. I LOVE this place and the friendly people that work there!!????????????????????❤????

Every time i go to the hardware Store across the street the Dogs are make horrible noises Like there in pain ? I never here this at other locations of other pet grooming business...... And i notice not reasonable Parking. The animals sound Like there in total absolute Pain......horrible noises !

When I arrived I was kind of skeptical of this place. I admit the people "seemed friendly". My puppy was not happy when we arrived and was nervous and trembling. It could have been for 2 reasons - 1. She saw the kennels they lock them in, 2. The super loud vacuums that looked and sounded like the commercial ones you clean a car with. I get nervous when I don't have a good feeling but she's my baby so that's to be expected. I went ahead to leave got into my car when I decided to go back in to tell them to use whitening shampoo on her. The lady then says there is no more whitening shampoo! So how do you plan on getting my white and peach Poochon squeaky clean? I even have whitening shampoo at home. I viewed that as a sign to take her so she will just have to deal with her long hair a little longer. This was a last minute appt. Because I needed to go out of town and couldn't get her in ASAP WITH HER REGULAR GROOMER THAT SHE LOVES. OH WELL SOME THINGS ARE WORTH THE WAIT THIS IS ONE! MY PUPPY WAS RELIEVED WHEN I CAME BACK IN FOR HER. OH Another thing she had to write out an information form for me to fill out ( unprofessional) and you could see where they bathed and dried the animals. The guy was in the back drying a dog with one hand and using the other hand to hold his phone to his ear. I want a place where my dog will be respected and pages attention too.

Claudia did a great job with my puppy at his first hair cut! I don’t know how she did it so well, because I have a hard time combing his fur! Thank you for your kindness and expertise!

I love this groomer! Both my puppy, and my senior dog have had countless haircuts here. My dogs always look incredible and I know that they are treated with kindness, patience, and love. 5 stars!!

This place was great, took my four legged buddy in last minute and was able to make my Malamute look like a new dog! Good prices and very satisfied with their service.
