The pet adoption process was efficient and pleasurable. The staff were friendly and supportive ( I’m quite the question asker)..I highly recommend.

They put animals on their web site that can not be adopted then tell you the animal has issues. wasted half a day setting up a appointment to meet a dog went all the way there only to be told dog had to go thru a adoption agency. That would cost substantially more in fees something is crooked here

Had the perfect dog for us and we adopted him. Very easy process. Great job.

Very helpful staff. We were looking for a small dog, sadly none was available. Nevertheless the staff was helpful and provided us with as much help as they could offer.

Very rude staff from the beginning. Questioned why we fed the cats we tried to surrender there. Wasn't polite about it at all. Had to take them elsewhere.

Tammy at the front desk is very rude. Follow up e-mails are like pulling a tooth. I pray she treats the animals better than the visitors. Volunteer Paul on the other hand, is so welcoming and offers dog knowledge.

We found a 4 month old kitten in the middle of the night and they took her in to keep her safe. We couldn't keep her because our dogs don't like cats:( Compassionate and kind.

Fire the front desk lady she is so disrespectful and refused to help me

This place is not inviting to humans, so it makes you wonder how they treat the animals. Instead of welcoming people in, they turn you away at the door and direct you to their subpar website. Be better because people are eager to adopt and give deserving animals a home!

Went during the summer. You have to make reservations for a single dog before going. The lady at the front office was pretty rude and we were unable to see any animals

Sarah was very courteous and accommodating because I didn't have an appointment for licensing my dog. If you're a senior citizen my license fee was barely $8! Good people! I only saw one dog where a volunteer was walking it. I don't know if you can just go in and look at fur balls though. Also the facility is very clean.

I made an appointment via e-mail. It was super easy and response was quick. She answered all the questions that I had and explained the conditions of available kittens. We looked at three kittens online and made appointment to meet and greet first and she was spayed. Next day, we went to pick her up with pet carrier. They gave us all the documents inside the folder. Microchip wasn’t free but overall total cost was lower than other shelter. I love the kitten we adopted. She is so calm and lovely. Their foster parents seemed to cared her well :)

They took very good care of my dogs. I was terrified when my dogs disappeared from my yard, searched everywhere. My husband found them on the website here. They looked so happy and My older pit even had a bed to sleep on! I picked them up the next day, both were hapoy, fed and had an update on some of their shots! I was happy to pay any fee and bring my pups home. Thank you !!

Going to pick up our new family member today. We got our first one here about 5yrs ago so now he will have a fur brother! Yesterday we did our meet and greet. This staff was great and answered all our questions. The lady in the front office was very nice and explained everything. You can just tell how much they all care about these sweet animals.highly recommend adopting a new fur baby from here❤

Staff have been very helpful and informative the couple times I was in ( we had a bat fly into the house and needed to get it tested for rabies and second time we had to relinquish a rooster that we thought was a chicken). Adopt from your local shelter and be responsible caretakers of your animals. =^-^=

I had an appointment for a dog license at a set time. I arrived extra early and I sat in the car for a few minutes. The attendant came out at least 45 mins before my appointment was set to start. She came to the car and got all my info. I did not have to go into the office and I was on my way home before my appt time was set to start.

My son and I found our precious baby kitty here. She could not be any more amazing and a perfect addition to our family. We were lucky and decided to adopt during a month when all adoption fees were waived. Plus they gave her the first round of shots plus a voucher for a free exam at another Vets office and a free second round of shots. I have adopted all my animals from this Shelter and have always had a great experience. It is just so sad to see how many dogs and cats end up there and are left behind and forgotten. Please please please adopt whenever possible from this shelter don’t shop through private sellers these little cuties need some loving!

Terrible.. I drove almost 2 hrs for a dog that was on their website. When i got there, they told me he was in quarantine and i couldn't see him. It would've been nice if they posted that on their website. But again, Its a county agency and I wouldn't expect anything less.

Wonderful Service! We found a stray who was reportedly running loose for two weeks. He was not neutered, had no chip, and no license. We were told that the best way to handle this matter was to take him here to the shelter. We did that the next day. Five days later we picked up our new housemate who had been neutered, chipped, vaccinated, and provided with flea resistance. He was so happy to see us and we were happy to see him. We weren't even looking for another dog to add along with our sweet Chihuahua but our new dog had other plans! You're probably wondering what we named him. It's "Hey You!" because he tried to chew my big toe the first night he was with us.
