Paradise Pets Grooming and Daycare Tarzana, California

This place has gone downhill since I first started coming here years ago. Today I missed an appointment for the first time ever and I was told I have to pay a deposit to book any future appointments! It's not about the deposit I don't care about that but the lack of compassion for repeat customers is unacceptable! I would understand if I missed multiple appointments however this was the first appointment I ever missed. I will never bring my pets back to this place. I can not believe the level of service I received today and not to mention the fact that the grooming services have also suffered in the past year. There have been multiple times where I pick up my pets and they are not fully groomed.

Every single time I come here they always forget to do 1 or 2 of the things I asked yet I'm being charged the full package. Especially for being in Encino you would expect a better job. Anyone that considers this place double or triple check your dog when you're out the groomer that you even got the full package because I'm convinced they only do the minimum (cut, wash, clip nails) and charge the maximum. Ears were not even cleaned and I doubt his teeth were too which I was charged for as well!! HORRIBLE !

Consistently good groomers - competitive pricing, always take care of my dog quickly, and she looks great. Also seem to have good covid protocol to keep everyone safe. Would recommend.

Been taking our pups here since the family owned business opened up in Tarzana a handful of years ago. The lady whom owns the place is so kind and passionate about what she does. I feel soo very safe leaving my fur babies there and they always come out looking great. Also they have a great contactless process during COVID times. Great local business and would highly recommend.

I took my friend's dog that I babysat here to get her full groom and spa with them before her flight to new country. Everyone at the salon are very sweet, nice and polite. They certainly love animal and you can be sure that your fur babies are taken care of with love and care. I'm planning to take my furry babies to them too. I definitely will recommend this business to all my friends with fur babies ????

i asked for shorter hairs and ears hair ...no good smells shampoo and conditioner...

Attempted to make an appointment twice. 1st time left a message and no one picked up or returned the call. 2nd time they made me feel as if I was bothering them by asking for availability. Receptionist very rude and short.

Clean haircut and my dog came out of there happy, he took a bath, got his nails done, brush, sceasor cut, ear was, and these all took just 2 hours. Thank you Paradise, we will be coming back soon.

Absolutely the best!!! My two dogs, a male min. Poodle age 13 and a female Maltipoo age 12 love coming to Paradise Pets Grooming, which, by the way, is a caring family run business. Their pricing is fair, their standards are high and the bathing and grooming are thorough!! And both of my "kidz" are returned to me looking spectacular!!!

This is my go to place! My dog absolutely loves it here. From nail trimming to hair trims they always do top notch :) They even give him a little goodie bag on the way out! Highly recommended!!!!

This place is owned by a very sweet young lady and you can tell she loves the animals. She's good at what she does and my dog always comes out looking terrific. Her mom helps her up at the front and they do a great job with their customer service. The place is clean and very nice and they are extremely professional I highly recommend this place

Taken both my dogs and LOVE it there! They did the best, most thorough grooming on my German Shepherd and so far are the only ones to get the trimming of her back legs done properly. Plus my Great Dane has a hard time in groomers because they wanna keep him in kennels or cages buy Paradise let him chill in the large day care area so he wasn't super sore or scared after. Not to mention the prices are super reasonable and especially for the quality work.
