Got a great deal on a couple of tough beds for my two wild boys.

This trip to Petsmart was a success for us. We learned a lot from the associate about getting mats out of our doodle.

Went in to buy supply’s to house and frog and when I was ready to check out the cashier had a nasty attitude and was being really disrespectful. I was trying to figure out what was wrong or if I offended her in anyway but didn’t know what to think. I’m still gonna be going since it’s really close to where I live but I’d like the cashier lady to fix her attitude and be a lil more respectful just because she may have been having a bad day doesn’t mean she should make it everyone’s problem.

Our Sadie girl gives two paws up for her grooming experience with Michelle every time!! The extra care and attention that she gives our furbaby is ahhmazing and we wouldn't take her to anyone else!! With coming every 3 months to make sure that Sadie girl gets the Premium bath & brush, teeth cleaning and nail grinding - I can NOT say it enough that Michelle goes above and beyond with our lil girl Sadie. Hobey and Sadie love, love shopping after her spa day with grabbing a few treats and toys to bring back home with a wide selection for every breed and don't forget to watch for those wonderful holiday options too. Fun to look at the fish, hamsters and other lovely little small pets that are available in the store for purchase too. Thanks again to Michelle and the grooming staff - see you all again soon!!

Clean store, good stock. Helpful employees. A little off the beaten path,but worth the trip. Dog obedience classes on site too.

Love the sales & all the clearances, it's always helpful to save when I can. And with my points and coupons I saved $40 on my purchase, plus I get a perk from my bank, which pays me 15% of my purchase! Oh, and they're equipped for Google pay, cool stuff!

I was trying to buy Dr Martys dog food...on google, it said that they had it...when I git there they didn't...i was stressing out going up and down the isles to try and make a decision, someone there was PROFESSIONAL enough to come and help me...to that I THANK THEM FIR HELPING ME

Went to purchase royal canin sensitive stomach. They had other royal canin but not that. In fact I found one brand that said for gut health. Not impressed

This Petsmart was very clean and well stocked.

The staff were very informative with programs avaible to our rescue. Store is well stocked and clean. The live animals available this time around were: snakes, lizards, Guinea pig, hamsters, amd turtles. Didn't see any birds, cats, dogs, or spiders (coming soon).

I got a coupon for 10.00 off 150 count puppy pads and when I went to purchase them the coupon had disappeared. So I played full price. As soon as I got home I found the coupon. I took a screen shot of it and went back today. They returned the item and allowed me to repurchase it and gave me 10.76 back I was in and out it about 3 minutes. Excellent customer service. If I could give them more stars I would give them 20
