The doctor seems competent, but they can be a little disorganized on the staff side. Also the prices are astronomical. It's hard to find a decent vet in this area though.

Always professional and helpful throughout my pets life. From kittens to saying goodbye due to cancer as an adult, they care and are not afraid to show it.

Margie Quirk and her staff are so outstanding that I can not say enough great things about them. They treated our little ShisTzu (Shania) with such love and kindness. We will always be grateful and would never take Shania or any pet we ever have anywhere else. Thank you all so much Shania loves everyone of you.

I am pleased with how amazing the staff is! I love how we can call and check in. You came right out and actually talked and ask questions. I love how smoothly everything went. The doctor actually calls you and explains what is happening and what they could or couldn't do. I love how you brought Clue out directly and explained everything again. This was the smoothest process I've ever been through. So much better than the old ways... Thank you all for being so kind and doing what you can with our new adoption. We only had limited information on him but you able to check him and now he can start his healing process.

This place is abysmal. Not only do they try to double charge you for things, they never have a clue about what service they are providing. The front desk people laugh at you when you ask simple questions, and they never get the appointments correct. I have shown up on several occasions only to find out they forgot or didn't book the appointment.

As always, Frodo's experience at the vet was painless and quick; what we needed taken care of, was. We've taken our furry kids there for over 25 yrs, and will continue to do so.

The staff at LMV could not have been more professional, compassionate, kind and helpful when I recently had to make the tough decision to put my beloved cat down. They have a special room for this situation - it's peaceful, beautiful and quiet. At no time did they ever make me feel pressured - but they did help me come to a decision. HIGHLY recommend Lone Mountain.

I was there on time, but still had to wait 10 minutes with an agitated cat in hot weather in the parking lot because they aren't letting clients in the lobby.

I have never had a problem with Lone Mountain Veterinarian Hospital. In the past 20 years with 5 different pets, these people, staff & doctors are the best. Me & my husband think highly of all of them. And love them dearly. They work hard.

I felt very taken advantage of after bringing my dogs here. They recommended a lot of extra and unnecessary things to be done and added to the bill. It felt like they could sense I was vulnerable and wanted the best for my dogs. They also definitely took advantage of covid rules and not letting clients in with their pets. I brought my puppy in for a check up and glands. They claimed she was too nervous for them to do anything with her but still charged me. I've since then brought her to a vet and been in the room with her. Yes, she was nervous but not to the point where they couldn't work with her. I will not be returning. I've found another place with much fairer pricing and a more compassionate staff.

They helped our service dogs like no other vet did. They let us know that there were shots nobody told us they needed updating, and they are so pet loving people

I have been to this vet 3 times soon to be a fourth, the first visit I brought my kitten to get neutered and have his vaccinations done they came out and asked me a bunch of questions and recommended a ton of things my cat may or may not need to which I said sure I want my kitten to have a long and happy life, doctor Matt who is by far one of the most infuriating individuals at this place calls me and tells me the kitten has mites and I should have a wash done to which I then think oh no I have another cat who might have that to so I bring my second cat down and have both of them treated, doctor Matt says he didn’t see any on the other cat but he treated him anyways to be safe I said sure, the following few days I call the doctors on and off to let them know my kitten is still scratching his ears to which the doctor says bring him back and we will do a recheck to see if the treatment failed, I bring him back again and the doctor says it looks like there is still some residue and does another cleaning, fast forward to today and I took my kitten in again to get his boosters and a scheduled recheck to make sure the kittens ears are fine, once again I got a phone call from Dr. matt explains to me that everything looked OK but seemed as if there was still residual residue in the kids ears and he told me that he would be sending my kid home with some medication for his ears and nothing else I don’t think too much of it until I get the bill not only did he charge me for the medication he charged me for a revisit examination and the medication common by this point this is my third visit to this place and I have been hounded every single time about something I should do The level of professionalism is so bad that I don’t even want to go back I simply want to get the last check done next week and be done with them these people aren’t quite con artist but they don’t tell you the whole truth I suggested everyone who goes to these people do your research make sure you tell them what you want before they do anything otherwise you could be the next to me and get charged an arm and a leg for things that they don’t need. At this point I’m not even sure if they neutered my kitten because whenever I come home after work I always get a waft of urine smell whenever I walk in the door.

I came to Loan Mountain after I lost my babe Jen Jen parakeet in the hands of another Vet, I was hoping to find an Avian that would be caring and take the time to listen. Jessica Quellhorst was king and patient and understating everything I was looking for. Thank you so much for taking care of Gina my new parakeet and emailing me for a follow up to see how she’s doing. I will be bring all my animal friends to Loan Mountain from now on. Thank you so much!

Staff are very kind to and accommodating of my fearful puppy. Shots were done with me with her on the porch this time, since she was a little apprehensive of the tech. Everything went well as the thoughtful tech went to go get some cheese spray to distract her with.
