Great groomer at a great price

I get my dogs nails cut here. They do a good job.

We picked our dog up and they had put his collar on three times tighter than we normally do.

I have a very difficult terrier. I had been to two other groomers and was either asked to pay more because she is difficult and asked to come back and pick her up, basically the refused to finish the job but still charge me. I live near Vicky’s and decided to give it a try. I was up front and honest about her crankyness. She was abuse as a puppy and has real issues with the groomer. Vicky, Theresa and team have done wonders with my terrier. It’s not always perfect but it’s not because of not trying. I would highly recommend Vicky, Theresa and the team for any of you dog grooming needs.

Did good work for years on our schnauzer and it was great. Emma did not get clipper burn and was always tidy looking even when her schnauzer bumps were more prolific in her old age. When our Emma passed we brought by our new dog (a rescued schnauzer who we can see has socialization with dogs to work on) and she would not take her at all. I get that to a point of course, its her shop and she is busy. In fairness, Luna needs some training which she is getting and some help to be better with other dogs. If not for the snarky "why did you rescue HER" that was said to my wife about our new dog my review would be different. If you have a well mannered easy dog, Vicky does very good work and is reasonably price. If your dog has any behavior problems whatsoever, go elsewhere and avoid the judgment and snarky commentary. Who honestly needs that. Just say sorry I cant take her right now, say something nice and we would have found another option and understood. Luna needed a haircut and another groomer (who we used before Vicki) happily took her in, stated how sweet she was (even though she was clearly nervous and very barky) and did a great job on her. Clearly pet lovers at this place. Glad some people understand that a rescued dog still needs a hair cut. Once your dog meets Vicky's obviously strict standards (her right of course to have that) then come back if you want and the cut and quality will be there.

Incredibly nice owners and very good st what they do, they will pamper your pet.

The groomers are great. My Einstein is always groomed perfectly. The staff could be a little more friendly but I know they are busy.

Miss Vicky and her staff are fantastic, we wouldn't trust anyone else with our Pomeranian and Chihuahua.????????

Today, Vicky went above and beyond. My Izzy girl was attacked by another dog, and the vet had to shave her entire behind to have a closer look under all the double coated fur. Fortunately, it appears there is only soft tissue damage/swelling, and the emotional trauma of being attacked, but the shaved behind was hideous looking. Vicky gave Izzy a fresh cut all over to blend the shaved area and she did it free of charge, without an appointment and without hesitation. She was very gentle knowing Izzy has areas of pain and swelling. I am beyond grateful and appreciative of the care provided and the stellar job she did. Izzy and I both thank you, Vicky!!!

Nice folks but really small

AWESOME!! Very, very pleased with the grooming. Vicky is a very nice person. I will be using them from now on. I would recommend them to anyone. My son and I are on fixed incomes and don't have transportation. We don't live far from the shop and Vicky picked our small dog up.

Vicki & Kelly are such great groomers. Plus very sweet and friendly. I have recommended them to all my friends. I'm there every 4 weeks for my dogs nails. Very pleasant experience! ????????????????
