During such a tough and sad time the service and empathy we received from Loving Hands was greatly appreciated. The Doctor and her assistant we professional and patient in their approach, and allowed us to take the time we needed to say goodbye to our precious boy. We are grateful that they were there to take care of us and our boy Hurley.

Ms Annie and Captain Bill, my two Yorkies who were brother and sister, took me through the death of my husband and had been loyal, faithful companions for almost 12 years. We traveled over 250,000 miles together making 2 round trips each year from FL to CA and also to Chicago and Minnesota in my Chevy Avalanches. They enjoyed the boat ride from Mexico Beach FL to Ft Lauderdale and motoring around San Diego Bay in our 50ft yach called the Annie B. They suffered from trachael collapse and thanks to all of the great veterinarians we came to know in many towns and cities they were able to live a full life until the very end. This was the hardest decision I have ever had to make. My heart is broken, but with the compassion and care of Dr. Schneider and Loving Hands we were together and able to express our love and greatfulness for the awsome blessing Annie and Bill have been to me. I highly recommend them to anyone who has to make this decision. Carolyn Chapman Holman

Our experience with Loving Hands was amazing. It is such a tough time for a family and their entire process made it so much easier. We dealt with Dr Palozzi, Dr Vallejo and Chrystal, and all were very sincere and professional. They treated our Aggie with such love and respect that we wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. Highly recommend if you are faced with this unfortunate decision for your loved pet.

When I awoke to the knowledge this would be my beautiful 125 lb dogs last day (his name was Pax), I called loving hands and was able to get ahold of one the Doctors. I forgot her name, in my state of grief, but she was amazing... kind, compassionate and so very respectful! She communicated everything and assured me I was doing the right thing (as my old boy would, most likely, not even make it through surgery)! I believe this was the best way for my beloved Pax to make it to the rainbow bridge. I highly recommend loving hands... they will not only help with suffering, but also take care of your fur baby every step of the way! Thank you for what you do!!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better company and amazing doctors to help us with our baby. They were extremely compassionate and explained the process of everything. We were so sad to say goodbye to our first fur baby of 12 years, but she was going to be 14 this year. She lived a long beautiful life traveling cross country and many other places! We are so thankful for the help of loving hands to make our baby feel comfortable at home before her last moments.

Lost our second doxie, Megan, March 16, 2021, lost our first doxie, Honey, Nov. 19, 2020. We had Loving Hands euthanize Honey. Two in four months, our hearts are broken. Megan had gone down hill slowly, March 16th she couldn’t hold her head up, we knew it was time. Dr. Stephanie was here in 20 minutes. We all held her, husband, daughter and myself knowing we didn’t have much time to say goodbye and to love her. We have one doxie left, Penny. Penny has always had her sisters, she is experiencing some depression and anxiety, we just love her and make sure she is with us all the time. I would never use anybody else, Loving Hands is amazing. Only way to say goodbye to our fur babies.

If you’re reading this, I’m sorry. Saying goodbye to a loved one is never easy. But know you are doing to right thing relieving your pet of any pain they may be experiencing. Having said that, we are so grateful and thankful for Tiffany, Mariah, and the whole team at Loving Hands who provided caring and compassionate help getting our dog to peacefully pass over to the great beyond. Our dearest puggle, Pika, had developed a nasty mast cell tumor that had metastasized rapidly, and was finally negatively impacting her quality of life. We knew it was time and called Loving Hands where we found a sweet voice to talk to. They gave us a run down of the process and quickly booked us an at home visit for that afternoon. Upon arrival, Tiffany and Mariah were as understanding and loving as possible, and gave us an overview of what they were about to do again. Throughout the process they gave us plenty of alone time to cherish with Pika, and were gentle every step of the way. They made sure she was comfortable throughout, as she got to stay in her bed with her favorite toy and blanket the whole time. They were kind, nurturing and supportive of us grieving parents and gently walked us through the whole way. They hand delivered her paw print a few days later which we now lovingly display next to pictures of her. We can’t thank them enough for helping us say our final goodbye in a humane way, and hope you find solace with your pet soon.

Dearest Parent(s)/Family of your most precious, Fur Babies reading our review...we sadly know why you’re here and on behalf of our family and our most beloved, Little Man Brady, playing on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge, we extend our deepest, sympathy to you. We hope our shared experience below provides you and your family the absolute reassurance that without question, you have found the BEST of the best in compassionate care with Loving Hands Veterinary Services. It has taken me almost two months to write this review for many reasons. Pure devastation at the loss of Brady, our Yorkie of 11.5 years; the finality of turning the page once it’s submitted and my inner worry that I cannot eloquently convey the depth of our love, immense gratitude and highest recommendations for Dr. Stephanie Schneider and Loving Hands Veterinary Services. Our family is in a unique situation. We have known Dr. Schneider since June of 2009. She was Brady’s first Veterinarian at Alga Pet Hospital and continued as his Vet when she moved to Bressi Ranch Pet Hospital. We immediately connected from Day 1 with her compassionate, caring nature, spiritual energy, her immense love of animals and people needless to say her exceptional expertise in veterinary medicine. Honestly, some visits, she spent as much time explaining/comforting this nervous Fur Child Mom as she did on our Little Guy. As the years passed, Dr. Schneider shared she was leaving Bressi Ranch Pet Hospital to follow her heart’s calling to do compassionate euthanasia as Loving Hands Veterinary Services with Dr. Tiffany Palozzi. She said it would be her honor to be there for our Little Man whenever his time came. She was there for Brady’s beginning and of course Dr. Schneider would be there at the end. The end came years later in 2020. Our best boy, Brady, painlessly transitioned to Eternal Puppyhood with the compassionate care and loving hands of his longtime vet, Dr. Stephanie Schneider, on the afternoon of December 19, 2020. In the fresh air, bright sun and familiar surroundings of his own backyard, comforted by the two people who loved him most, he peacefully went to sleep in the coziness of his bed, with his favorite toys, first blanket, his St. Francis medal on his paw and Cardinal symbols all around. We are beyond grateful for the loving hands of Dr. Schneider who helped beautifully bookend our Little Man’s wonderful life. I was able to carry him myself in his own bed and wrapped in his blanket and place him in the front seat of her vehicle. We were able to witness first hand someone we’ve admired for years truly shine so brightly doing their hearts calling...Dr. Schneider is such a humble, loving Angel. As Brady’s parents, as shattered as we are, we know through Dr. Schneider’s loving hands we were able to pay tribute to his life of unconditional love that he gave us by freeing him from his pain with the most beautiful send off to Eternal life over the Rainbow Bridge as possible. It’s been our honor to know you Dr. Schneider in Brady’s lifetime. I chose to honor both of you and post this review on Brady’s Birthday. We love you! Tiffany is an absolutely amazing and compassionate veterinarian. We recently had to make the most difficult decision ever. Our 14 year old Aussie had reached his time, and we needed assistance in freeing his gentle soul. Tiffany was so sweet to our dog and helped us through this unbearable process. She brought a calmness to us all, making this the perfect ceremony of life. We thank you kindly for your professionalism and nurturing presence.

Letting our dog go was one of the hardest decisions of our life and Loving Hands was there for us. They made an incredibly painful day and experience as comfortable as it could be. The vets were very nuturing and communicated everything to us so well. They were so kind and gave us space and time to say goodbye to our beloved dog. I cannot say enough good things about the love and respect they treated our dog and us with. Thank you both.

I can't say enough good things about Tiffany and Dr. Schneider. Super compassionate, flexible (I must have changed my mind around ten times and then had to change my mind again and have them rushed over, as my best fur pal was declining quickly). Every phone conversation was packed with love, compassion, understanding and if hugging was allowed, they probably would have done that, too. I can't imagine that I was a very easy client. But they took very good care of me, my sweet fur boy and my family. Thank you, Ladies.

During this difficult time, we were so blessed to have Loving Hands Veterinary Services as we said goodbye to our furry baby Foxi. Dr. Palozzi is compassionate, caring and gentle. She walked us through every step and gave us the space to grieve. Five stars is not enough, I would give them FIVE HUNDRED stars!!. It is never easy to say goodbye, and I highly recommend Loving Hands Veterinary Services. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

These ladies (Tiffany and Stephanie) are wonderful, empathetic people who do their best to make an impossibly sad day a little easier to bear. They helped me fulfill the promise I’d made to my sweet boy Scotty that when the time came, I wouldn’t let him suffer unnecessarily, and that he’d be in the comfort of his own home if possible. He was with his family, wrapped in his favorite blanket.

I did a lot of research when I needed to say good-bye to my dog. I called places and interviewed mobile vets with the hopes that I could find someone up to my standards to aid in this very difficult transition. I am so grateful that I found Loving Hands, they exceeded my expectations and made a difficult time into a beautiful memory. I am eternally grateful.

I could not have asked for a better team to help me through one of three most difficult days off my life thus far. The day I lost my forever puppy, my protector, my Rex. I am so thankful for this team of ladies. I would recommend them over and over. Thank you so much loving hands. Thank you for taking the time to answer my endless questions.

Putting our little doggie down was such a painful decision and experience for both myself and my husband, as well as, our 2 children (young adults now). We were fortunate to have her with us for almost 15 years and she was truly part of our family. I had 2 friends recommend Loving Hands and now I also have only excellent things to say about them. For such an awful and sad situation, Stephanie and Tiffany made it as sweet and as peaceful as possible. Their compassion for us and their tenderness with our little Roxie was amazing. Our hearts are broken losing her but knowing she peacefully passed away while laying in my arms we find a lot of comfort in that.

As a veterinarian, I am extremely selective when selecting services for my own pets. After inquiring about in home euthanasia with colleagues and my own dog’s oncologist, I was not disappointed when I spoke with the doctors at Loving Hands. I had been told their drug and procedure protocol was superior, but it was their disposition that truly did not disappoint. I am so thankful for the referral from my baby’s specialist, and can not commend the doctors enough for their service and compassion. Dr. Clark Veterinarian

We were so thankful that Loving Hands came to our home to put our kitty to sleep. Dr. Schneider was so compassionate for all of us, tending first to our cat who had been having seizures for 2 hours (early morning before I could reach anyone!). I recommend Loving Hands without reservation.
