Great caring staff who are well educated and love their job. When my crazy dog hurt her foot for a second time they got me seen the same day to go over options for treatment. We were in a room and seen very quickly, when she was taken back to have her foot cared for that was also done quickly. She enjoyed all the treats they gave her while caring for her injury. Definitely one of her favorite veterinary experiences do date.

Price is so much higher then the quality of care it is unbelievable, how little they will do for you and how many hundreds of dollars they will charge for practically 15 minutes of bare minimum work. Also not safe nobody was using gloves, sanitizing equipment or covid masks. Clearly do not take public safety or animal care seriously. Just a huge disappointment and after they get the money they don't even care what happens to your pet. Go find a good vet because this is not it.

If I could give 10 stars I would. This place is amazing. The staff is incredible. They genuinely care about your pet and your situation. I was able to sit down with the doctor, 1 on 1, and go over all questions/concerns. The vet was extremely patient and very helpful. I love that I got to wait with my cat the entire time and that he had his own room, made him feel comfortable. I drove 50 minutes to take my cat here because of the reviews and it was well worth it. I found my permanent vet. Don’t hesitate, bring your pet here! Also, the exam fee was well priced ($85 at the time). I also love the holistic/herbal approach to their practice. They didn’t try to sell me anything, scare me into running tests, or send me off with unnecessary medications. Did I mention this place is awesome?

I can’t even tell you how many times Dr. Bausone has brought our rescue weiner dog mixes back from the brink. Thanks to the awesome team there our girls are almost 15 years old and 10 and in great shape after overcoming so much over the years. We feel so grateful are so fortunate to have their skill, expertise, and care available to us.

I actually look forward to our appointments at CAWC. Pleasant staff, on time, tranquil environment, great doctors and support team, not much more to ask for! Five stars! ????

I cannot say enough great things about this place and everyone who works there. They are all so caring and amazing with the animals. My dog loves his acupuncture/VOM sessions with Dr. Bausone. Thank you for all that you do!

We had an incredible first visit. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful! It was nice to be out of parking lot and in an exam room. It was even nicer that they really spent time with us & our dog explaining our options. We left feeling at ease and Jax was much more relaxed about his situation :)

Doctor Ancier and staff are very caring and professional. They took care of my little guy, as if he was their own. They also took the time to make sure I understand his condition and what they were going to do for him.

Dr. Ancier and the ENTIRE team are sincerely the best I’ve experienced in all my years of owning pets. I have full confidence in their knowledge and that their intention is the health and wellness of my pet- not profit. I definitely found my permanent vet with Companion.

My dog became ill suddenly, not life threatening but very painful. They fit us into a packed schedule and took the time to do what was necessary to evaluate and relieve my dog’s pain (and my stress). They were all professional and caring and took whatever time was required in spite of our last minute inclusion in their schedule.

By far the most pleasant experience we have ever had. Everyone was so genuine and kind. They truly cared for the wellness of my pet and wanted to do whatever it took to make sure my pup was comfortable. I’ve never been to a vet where the doctor actually sat down and went through my dogs records with me and cared to find out what was wrong and what the best way to treat my pup was. They have a very calm and peaceful ambiance, making it a welcoming experience for you and your babies.

Dr Ancier is an outstanding holistic veterinarian! She draws from both Eastern and Western medicine and incorporates acupuncture and PT as well as dietary measures to treat the whole animal. She has done wonders with assisting my nearly 16 y.o. dog to regain/ maintain hip and knee strength after a lifetime of athletics.

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Bausone aka Dr. B for 15 years. He and his staff are amazing!!! They are so wonderful with my pets, and offer the best in treatment options specializing in both Western and Chinese medicine. I cannot imagine taking them to anyone else.

Absolutely the only place I will take my pack. I love that Dr B offers both holistic/TCM as well as Western options for treatment and care, but most importantly he always puts the animals' needs and wellbeing first. Fear Free Certified, friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for more.
