They are very professional and care for your pet. I recently got my cat vaccinated, neutered and microchipped with VCA and I am very impressed and satisfied with their services.

Had a minor emergency with one of my cats over the weekend. Called to see if I could be seen but unfortunately they were booked up a month in advance. However, I would like to give a special thank you to Daniel who made sure I was sent in the right direction to find the immediate help I needed. Daniel was incredibly kind and compassionate regarding the sensitivity of my cats issue and made sure all my questions were answered regarding where I should go. Thanks again Daniel, your help was a bright spot in an otherwise stressful day! Much appreciated!

Highly recommend! Dr. Salzman is an amazing doctor with excellent bedside manner. He provides thorough exams with thoughtful medical recommendations; He’ll also explain everything clearly and concisely. The rest of the staff is also great! Thank you Daniel at reception for always being so kind and helpful- and thank you Vivian the tech for always handling my pup with care.

I’m sorry but when you are charging almost double the national average for vaccines your not thinking about the animals. I believe the vets and techs there are great but it’s a joke to take advantage of people changing 49 dollars for a rabies vaccine when the national average is 25

They have really good caring Vets. and staff. They are like all vets are more expensive than you hope but I truly believe they are fair and will work with you and the best interest of your pet

We’ve been taking our pets to VCA Winchester for years. We recently had an appointment with Dr. Saltzman for our cat Suki. Dr. S took a lot of time explaining the treatment options. After the appointment the staff called to see how Suki was doing and Dr. S followed up on her lab results, explaining that the tests were normal. We are always comfortable with Dr S., but were really impressed that Dr. Saltzman even did this follow up on Sunday when the clinic was closed. We will continue to use VCA Winchester as our vet as we trust them. Don’t hesitate to consider them if you are searching for a vet.

They seem very detailed in their treatment but also seems expensive.

Due to CZU fires we were evacuated from our home in Boulder Creek. The staff without hesitation boarded our dogs. We cannot thank them and especially Dr. Noah Salzman enough for all the kindness and generosity. We were panicked and full of uncertainty. The relief they gave to us can hardly be expressed in words! They did a great job on first visit with the new puppy. They are amazing with their Covid protocol. You stay in the car and they take your pet in. Then the vet calls you in the car to discuss whatever you need to and give follow up info. Cool little new dog gift bag too. Could have used that a month ago.

I live in Morgan Hill and evacuated my family and our two cats due to the fires. It has been an extremely stressful ordeal for all of us. We stayed with friends who have a large family and dogs, making the new environment even more stressful for our cats. We found VCA by chance and they willingly and openly invited our kitties to stay with them until we returned home. Words cannot express how grateful I am to them and their constant contact and care for our cats! Their staff is friendly and sweet and so very affectionate with animals! A million thanks!! ❤️????❤️???? Milo & Momo have been in such good hands. We know who to call when they need their next check-up!

Wow Impressed by cat vet. Our cat was ill. Vet gave a list of thorough options. Including not doing anything- but stated in a compassionate manner. We decided to go with the middle cost and home treatment for dehydration. A learning experience. Luckily our cat recovered (never found cause) TLDR; Options & bed aside manners make this a fantastic place to take your cats

VCA Vet Hospitals in general are pretty pricey, compared to other vets. But they actually do care for your pets - as much as you expect them too. I made an appointment for my dog since he was experiencing pretty bad back pain. Got him checked out by Dr. Salzman, we discuss extensively all the reasons that could be the cause, he was very transparent in pricing, and what he was examining, how he was approaching each test and determination to get to the conclusion; and my dog was prescribed three medications to help ease the pain he is going through. Initial intake, the medications work - however, after a day we decided to stop on one. They are very responsive and communicative. Being a new client I was blow away at how great the staff is. From the front staff to the technicians to Dr. Salzman, everyone was great. Vets are scary, in that they can burn a hole in your wallet - luckily VCA has different payment plans to help ease that for you.

We've been going here off and on for a few years and when we got our new puppy, we started going regularly. Staff and vets are great so we'll stick with this location for our regular veterinary needs.

The doctors and staff are very friendly. Their wellness check up was very comprehensive. The doctor was knowledge. No wait if you made an appointment.

I am new to the area, so I had never been to this vet before. Dr. Huang was so wonderful. She had my dog’s best interest and comfort at heart. She was honest and direct, yet gentle in how she delivered difficult news. We never felt rushed, and she answered all our questions. She treated us with respect and kindness. I am so incredibly grateful to Dr Huang.

seemingly long waits for the BEST VET EVER... the staff at the front desk are super cool and we love them.... but .. wating 20 min past appt time and being early/on time to see the tec is a bit much sometimes... but the Veterinarian and the staff are by far some of best we have come a crossed for our dogs.

Great place to take your pet...I took my dog there...the vet sat on the floor and played with her.. the Vet try to find the cause of the problem, not treat the system. The vet also call me 4 times to check up on my dog...
