We were concerned leaving our cat for a 2 week vacation, as he's very attached to me. We didn't have good success leaving our cat at home with someone to stop by to feed/change the litter, so we evaluated a number of boarding options and decided the Kitty Hotel was best. We visited the facility before hand, and we found them to be very transparent, professional, organized, experienced. I like the attention to detail, the focus on cats, the cleanliness, and mainly the people looking after our cat. Upon picking up our cat, he was definitely vocal, but he's always that we after a long period away from us, and he looked very healthy, and after 8 hours of readjusting, he's doing great back home with us, so we know that Kitty Hotel took good care just as they promised. Definitely put our minds at ease.

Hands-down the best experience I've ever had boarding my two cats. From the start when we were able to see Tami introduce the cats to their kennel and to the store wall-o-fun, they seemed to be in good hands. Tami was super responsive by email and even sent photos upon request--good communication meant I didn't worry about them and was even able to extend my reservation when things didn't go as planned. Funniest part is that they got better exercise there than at home --when we picked them, they looked a little more svelte. I recommend KH super highly!

Tami was super friendly and communicative. The drop off and pick up experience was socially distant and quick which is appreciated during quarantine times. I would definitely have my cat stay here again when I’m leaving town.

We love the Kitty Hotel. Tammy is who you want your cats to stay with while you're on vacation, and everyone on staff is warm and friendly. The place is a great size, and Tammy and the staff make sure the cats get time out of their enclosures in the larger play areas they have. Cannot say enough good things about this place.

Everyone at the Kitty hotel takes good care of the cats and make them comfortable. Our cat came home looking healthy and happy. She is not the most social cat but seemed to have had a good experience at the hotel. Everyone is friendly and accommodating with your questions and concerns. There is plenty of space in the cat cages and they also have access to the window to watch outside. It's so nice to know that your cat is well taken care of and fed well while you are away.

It's reasonably priced, so you can take a vacation without going broke paying the daily rate. I wish other kennels would follow the lead! This is something that the other cat care facilities I've investigated have forgotten or ignored! I've been a patron of the Kitty Hotel for years, and in my view, there's nowhere else to go. Nowhere! Remember to provide appropriate paperwork from your vet when checking in or email in advance. --and make reservations in advance (especially when/before purchasing plane tickets).

I dropped my cat off for her first time away from home at The Kitty Hotel. It was $25 a night. Cash or check only, this aspect made me slightly nervous initially but the high ratings canceled it out. For drop off my cat was very nervous but staff was very reassuring and let me see where she was going to stay and let me set up her cage. For pickup my kitty was still visibly upset but staff assured me that it normally takes 5-7 days for cats to become comfortable. In general I really liked the service and look forward to coming back

The owner does a great job to make sure each cat gets plenty of individual attention. They have a large playroom with cat towers that the cats get to play in at least once a day. I'm very picky with my cat, she doesn't do well in new situations, but she loved it here!

I was so worried about my kitty. But they were so sweet and loving to her and even sent me a video of her playing to my cell that really eased my mind. also very clean and neat....love them!!

A wonderful place to board your cats. This is an all cat place, with nice large enclosures, where your kitties even get some wandering about time. Tami and crew really do a great job caring for our kitties, would highly recommend them!

Thanks Tami + crew for taking such good care of our cat Katie during the week of April 25-29! This was the first time I've ever had our cat stay at a cat boarding facility -- and it went well. When I picked up Katie she looked scared so I'm sure she was like that most of the time (lol) because this was her first time away from her family. But she's ok and happy to be at home now. I felt good leaving her with you and your facility because your every staff member that I met (Tami and Andrew) were professional with me and personable with Katie. I'll definitely use your facility again if need be in the future.
