Friendly, clean and the staff knows about animals and the products, not just which aisle stuff is in. But smaller store so smaller stock if you're looking for something really specific.

The staff are all so friendly and I literally cannot walk my dog past this store without him pulling me in so he can get all the pet pets and treaties. He's a pittie but there's no discrimination here - the staff all love him and are so kind and also quite knowledgeable. When he needs a bath I bring him here because it's nice not having to clean up your tub and bathroom after bathing your big dog at home.

Snake oil sales... I went here and was talked into a $200 bottle of Hemp Oil w the promise that it has CBDs that would help my senior dog. Well that was bs. It's Hemp seed oil, sometimes referred to as cannabis sativa seed oil, is perfectly good seed oil that’s high in antioxidants, omega-3 and -6 fatty acids, but contains no CBD,” explains Capobianco. “Hemp seed or cannabis sativa seed oil has been available in health food stores for decades and abundantly present in smoothies and skin care.” I learned this from a friend who owns a dispensary and grows professionally. So the person working there either completely lied, or has been incorrectly trained. Either way! Hemp oil should never be that expensive. We have been LONG time clients. Washing our dog there several times a month. Buying food there. And now we will not be returning. I hate when corporations get too big for their bridges and start to sell their loyal clients high priced garbage. Very disappointed.
