My wife has been bringing her cats here for over 20 years. It's easy to tell that the staff really love cats. The Drs here are all top notch.

I was very impressed with this hospital, very thorough and clear about my animal's medical conditions and treatment. Extremely fair prices, and all of the staff seemed informative, gentle, and kind with strong team support together, and they seem to all share the same information. Wonderful experience, even though I was terrified for my animal, during this pandemic, and I was not able to go inside, they seems to be able to make me feel confident that she would be in good hands. She was experiencing an emergency. That is always scary, and they were new vets for us. Great place, great team work! Definitely will be returning to them!!!

Great hospital with a wonderful doctor, Dr. Compton. She was very gentle with our kitty and checked him thoroughly. Highly recommended. But... Would be even better if they had better communication overall. The front desk treatment is rushed and subpar. Can't say rude but it's at that border. Documentation is non existent, doctor's notes are sometimes not clear as no one cleans them up.

Great value and service around this area, and staff member is very responsive to address your concern. They truly showing compassion and caring for your kitten. They are always overbooked. So be prepare for longer wait in advanced.

They take great care of the cats and probably one of the most reasonably priced places to get vet care.

Very detailed and loving care for each cat. For annual checkups and vaccines the price is very reasonable.

Took my cat in for a "lion cut". He's NEVER been groomed before.. They were able to accomplishment it without sedation!

Over worked staff that’s transformed into a rude staff unfortunately. The worst vet experience of my entire life. They asked me to come 10 minutes early and then they were 40 minutes late to start the appointment. After waiting 50 minutes, the vet spent 10 minutes with my cat and told me she had to leave so she isn’t late to her other appointments; she also slammed the door as she left (that felt unnecessary). They didn’t have any of my cats records and what’s frustrating is that they couldn’t let me know that during the 50 minutes of waiting when I could have easily had copies sent over again. This is so little, but she kept referring to my cat as a “her”; despite being a male cat, just felt like if you can’t even keep the gender of the cat right, how are you going to treat him?

The office is closed to the unvaccinated (which is completely understandable), so I personally couldn't go in with my Jinx, but my mom told me the doctor was so sweet with her! (She called her her "furry little friend", how cute!!) We were able to get all of her shots done for such a fair price and even gave us some advice for my kitty to live a long happy life. I can and will honestly recommend this hospital to all of my feline loving friends!! I'm looking forward to scheduling my fur baby's spay appointment with this vet! Amazing, animal loving doctors!!

Love The Cat Hospital in Campbell. Best place to bring your cat children. They take very good care of your fur babies. Very reasonably prices. No dogs, much less stress for cats. My cats have always come home happy and calm after a visit to The Cat Hospital in Campbell.

The best care I've ever had for our Lady and our Tramp.

I recently took my younger cat when he was sick and had all the tests done on him and hundreds of dollars later they had no clue what was wrong. Thankfully we spent days and nights giving him syringes of broth and water and he pulled through.

They are good people. Too busy unfortunately. Also, I cannot receive phone calls from them because our is coming up as late as restricted, and my phone blocks those calls automatically.

Staff too busy. Doctors are rushed. Cats dropped off in the morning and not ready to until closing. Usually don't get a call from the vet until next day or later. Very expensive.

I have been taking my cats to the Cat Hospital of Campbell for many years. I have an old guy (18 years) who was seen today for annual check up and grooming. He came out of there a new man-cat. They are so nice and so professional. I cannot say enough about the extra TLC they give him because of his age and accommodate his less than stellar grooming habits as he has gotten older. You will not be disappointed. From the doctor on down, an amazing group of people.

Took our cat, Leah Marie here. This is our favorite kitty hospital. My mom and I are always impressed with their great customer service and its pretty apparent that the doctors there know what they're doing. We were pretty bummed out that due to COVID-19 restrictions, we were not able to stay and be with our cat while she got treated and cared for like we have always done previously. But besides that, I'd say that, overall, our opinion of this place remains the same and that we'd recommend it to anyone who's unsure of where to take their furry four legged companion. ????????????????

I genuinely believe that dr. Shanker is the best feline specialist one can possibly find. I brought my kitty to The Cat Hospital over a year ago, after two unsuccessful attempts to diagnose her at other pet clinics. Not only I got the correct diagnosis and medication, but the level and quality of care exceeded all my expectations. They really follow up with the messages left after hours and they are always there for my kitty when she needs medical attention. Front desk ladies are amazingly helpful and caring. All the doctors working at The Cat Hospital are great, especially dr. Shanker who is the most knowledgeable and dedicated veterinarian I’ve ever met. I wouldn’t take my cat anywhere else and have been recommending The Cat Hospital ever since.

This used to be a good vet office. Not any longer. Sadly the care at this place has suffered greatly. You never get the same vet twice. Even if its for the same issue. One doctor says one thing, then the other doctor says a different thing. There seems to be no continuity of care. Can you imagine thinking your cat is seriously ill and a vet calls you to discuss but hasn't even read your pets chart? Our cat had a serious medical issue and one vet wanted to slice him open to "explore". When we said no she treated my wife like she was a bad pet owner. Then when another vet calls they tell us his condition is pancreatitius and is totally treatable with meds. Why the two different opinions??? We were literally preparing to put our cat down before the second call since he was so sick. Instead he suffered for 4 extra days because of this place. Used to be top notch care and reasonable prices. Ive lost confidence in this place after thirty years and will be going elsewhere. Theres been ZERO follow-up from the Cat Hospital. Nothing. No calls, no cards, zilch. Update on our cat, he is doing well on his medication from a different vet. Do your cat a favor and DO NOT risk their life at the cat hospital. Its just not worth it.

I have been a customer of the cat hospital for years, but lately. they are just too busy to give any amount of personal attention whatsoever. I wouldn't euthanize your cat here, it is so sterile and impersonal. I feel bad that I put down my favorite cat ever here. The assistant didn't suggest for me to hold her while she was being euthanized and I guess I should have thought of that myself, but they should talk you through it. They don't. At least the vet or assistant or whoever she was could have given me some instruction or cared about the situation at least. She was just in a hurry to get to an apparently more important issue in the back. She also left us in there for a VERY long time before giving the last shot. It was a sad experience made even sadder. Super disappointed. Other animal hospitals send out "sorry for your loss" cards. Not them. When you call, expect to be on hold for at least 10 minutes if not more. It's ALWAYS "Thank you for calling the cat hospital, can I put you on a brief hold?" Not brief. Dr. Shanker is the best of the best in knowledge. When he sees your cat you know he cares. This is his veterinary practice and he is amazing. But it is the front of the house that is the reason I took my business elsewhere. I don't need to be coddled by any means, I am a business woman myself. I guess I just have a hard time with rushed customer service and being on hold for more minutes than I care is necessary.

Terrible customer service, when you call they put you instantly on hold which can last up to 20 minutes at a time. When asked them what is always taking so long to get a phone representetive, a staff member replied in a rude manner "we are a busy hospital, if tou don't like it go somewhere else". Also, humans are not allowed to be at a pet visit, a doctor calls you and talks to you on the phone, but no discount for this type of service is granted to a customer. Very inconvenient, also time of operation is very limited, no appointments on the weekends. Overall very rude nonfriendly customer service, didn't feel appreciated or welcomed as a new customer at all. Would not recommend this place for new people who are looking for excellent service and cat care.

Not so sure about the last visit. Ok, but could have used more feedback about diet, etc.

Their service is so easy to work with. So far after adopting our cat, a follow up visit for spay suture removal, and then later the follow-up FELV#2 both did not require appointments, and were just come up to the door, carrier on the ground, knock once and someone answers the door confirming what I was visiting for. I only had to wait at most 20mins, maybe. And their prices are very good, friendly staff and plenty of parking.

Great customer service. The Dr compassionately answers all of your questions prior to any treatments and thoroughly explains recommendations. My kittens are thriving :)

When my cat had to be put down and I didn't have the money, they offered no leniency, so I had to take her to a cheap place and didn't get to see her down. Broke my heart. After all the money I pumped into them thru the years for her and other pet's care, they could have been kinder. In addition, they are high priced, and the receptionist is rude and mean. It is a bit hard driving in off Hamilton Avenue, sharp fast turn.
