Dang, they had good reviews so I thought they’d be good & honest people. NO returns unless they can re-sell the item. Meaning they don’t care if you lost money on an item that broke upon assembly, since they can’t make anything off of it YOU will take the loss! Originally I felt bad for this business because of the fire they faced, so I thought I’d go to them trying to contribute to their small business, especially during covid, but I made a mistake. They should have just done the return & kept a customer or two. Petsmart would have allowed the return which is why they now have my business.

Lots of natural food por pets

I have been looking for a store that sells frozen feeders, and this seems to be just the place! It's nice because their mice are NOT individually wrapped (yay for bulk!), a VERY good price, and don't have a weird odor when thawed. Customer service was great too! Will definitely stop by again! :)

Very nice folks here, and brands that aren't in the big chain stores.

The place was clean and orderly. The salesperson was very helpful and polite. I will surely recommend for everyone to get what they needed for their pet here.

Their bulk frozen mice is better than any other rate around the Bay area. Plus they sell wild bird seed in bulk! It's always hard for me to make my way so far down south, but it is really worth it.

I just called to ask if they had a certain pet and the guy who answered was very VERY rude and wouldn’t tell me what other live animals they had there

If you buy MEALWORMS, be sure to count them before you leave the store. I bought 100 and there was only 47. I looked at them and I didn't think it looked like 100. I should have counted them.

Nice family owned reptile and rodent store. I come from mountain view to get super worms because they are always healthy, and alive for that matter. And in stock! Same with crickets. At big pet stores they are always out of stock, or most are dead

They have most specialty pet foods.

We love this local pet place, we Mostly buy crickets for our lizard there, and they are more consistent and personal than the pet shop across the street.

Today, 4/5/2021, I went in to get a few cans of cat food because I found out that they carry a brand that is hard to find (Feline Natural). I noticed the cans were dusty, so i checked the date and they were marked BB 3/26/2021. I was surprised, so i checked the other cans and they were BB 2019!!! I was SHOCKED. I pointed this out to the clerk and she said, "well we aren't going to be carrying that brand anymore" I let her know that i would not be buying any food at this store and that she should let her boss know about the out of date cans, to which she remarked "yeah...we tried" Barbara

Handy place to get higher-end food for our dog and cat, as well as cat litter. The staff are pretty friendly and remember who we are when we come in. They used to offer us free samples of pet foods, but stopped and remembered not to ask again when we told them we weren't interested in trying anything new. They were able to give some good advice about the pros and cons of feeding wet vs. dry food when we first got our cat. Everything they told us was later reiterated by our veterinarian. They sometimes offer a vaccine clinic, though we have not taken advantage of it. I was not a huge fan of the fact that they carried bettas in betta bowls for a short time - but they didn't do it for very long, at least, and the conditions Petsmart keeps their fish in across the street are worse. Prices seem okay, given the products they carry, and I usually pick up a $0.99 cod skin roll for my dog when we stop in. On the occasions where an employee has grabbed one for me, they visibly took care to select the largest roll in the box. They place orders weekly and do occasionally run low on some of the more popular items - but that's what you get when you shop at a small business. All the old fish shops used to operate exactly the same way - The Fish Tank, Dolphin Pet Village, etc. Parking is easy. They share a lot with Payless Shoes and a bunch of smaller businesses.

Hidden Gem. Just recently discovered this place and was impressed with the variety, prices and staff was super friendly.
