PET Food Express always has a great variety of foods to choose from. Also so many other items depending on what your pet needs. Employees are very very helpful, professional and courteous! Great place to shop for your pet.

I originally gave this place 5 stars now I am reducing to 3 stars... I been back to this location a couple of times, and it seems as though they are not used to people of color shopping at this location... I have been followed through out the aisles... One situation cashier gave me too much money, and seemed surprised that I returned the excess amount, which led me to believe they did it to see if I am gonna return the money.. I go to pet express because it has the food my cat likes.. I may have to start going to a different location

Can wash your dog here 18$ love it.

Good place to wash dogs considering home washing big dogs is no fun unless you have a useable front or backyard. Very friendly staff and helpful. Good selection of pet products and food. Only thing to make better would be to add in flea shampoo as a selection on the washing dispenser system. They used to offer but probably realized they were missing a sales opportunity for flea shampoo, and they were right. Hard to blame them but at $18 per wash why not throw it back I to mix. Currently they offer 3 selections, Oatmeal, Eucalyptus and Hemp. I bought dog flea shampoo on site for $18. I liked my experience and will continue to use them for washing and various products.

Vaccination clinic at wellness center is terrible. The web site says: "First-Come, First-Served, No appointment". We brought our cat which was quite stressfull for her. Then we waited in the line to get into their computer. They noted my phone number and said they will call when it is my turn. I waited for an hour outside then came back to check the status. It turns out they expected me to drive home and wait there for their call which will come towards the end of the day! Nobody explained it to me! I would not stress my cat driving there again 2nd time in a day.

My wife, myself, our 4 cats, and our good dog have been coming here for years. Employees are all super friendly, pricing is fair, and they have a buy 3 get 1 free on select food, litter, and toys!

Wonderful staff, great products. Our dog Murphy LOVES everyone there. Going to this store with our pup is like going to a puppy social. They have great dog food and treats at a good price, and very nice discounts and offers.

Went in for flea treatment for a cat and received excellent assistance from an associate. She asked how big the cat was and then showed the options.

This place is the only pet food store that carries the food my baby girl Chihuahua eats. She eats the Nulo brand salmon n lentil dry dog food. Last time I went in, we needed treats, I bought some and the girl who worked there was great! We did a sniff test with some treats and after not very much success, because my chihuahua was scared of the action in the store, the girl who worked there gave us a free bag of treats with CBD in them. Gave my pup a treat and started off on a road trip. My dog was so calm and happy. Thanks awesome employee at pet food express!

First time here and I had a great experience…Great customer service and Janet helped me a lot. The store is clean and very nice. Even if we love in San Jose, we will definitely come back. All the staff are awesome and made me feel welcome.

Walked around the store for about 30 mins, had many questions about food, no one around to help. Ended up getting some food that my dog didn't like. Went out of my way to go here but very lackluster first visit. I won't be returning unfortunately.

Self serve dog wash was great! Very good value at $18 for 25 mins of washing and drying, regardless of size of dog. Shampoos included in cost. The staff was very helpful and kind to make sure we understood the process and checked in on us to make sure we did not have any additional questions! I ended up buying a de-shedding shampoo, and a Furminator brush as they did not have any brushes. The staff also were very friendly as I was not sure where to find these items. However, the prices were very reasonable, perhaps more reasonable than the big-box stores that I normally shop at. The cashier noted that I was buying the wrong Furminator brush (my dog is a long coat and I chose a short coat brush) and traded out the brushes! She also gave me some good pointers on the Furminator brush that I did not know about. Super impressed with this location. I will be going back the next time my pup needs a wash!

great place for pet provisions and doggie bath. with a husky it is very nice that they clean up even when he is blowing out his fur coat.

We love the service in this place. Clearly everyone really enjoys being with animals. We come here weekly to take advantage of their self-service dog grooming facility. They also have a great variety of healthy dog foods and toys.
