Usually a large inventory of dog supplies...now a bit slim pickings.

It was really quiet due to covid, but otherwise everything looked to be in stock. I'd give it a 3.5 for cleanliness. Staff was minimal but personable as it is during these times.

Very big place, perfect to look what you need specifically in this precedents days that every place it’s struggling with supplies its A choice to count on !

Incorrect hours, closed at 6pm, 3 hours before posted close.

I normally go to the PetSmart in Fremont,but they have been out of the food that my kitties love.I made the drive to this location in Milpitas,and was pleasantly surprised that twice now they have had what I needed,and the store is very clean with kind employees..

The staff is always super sweet when I visit. They are good about sparking up a little conversation which feels Normally only 1 register going at check out but they move through the lines really quickly if one builds up. Store is usually very clean, organized and in stock with the cat essentials I need.

Keep getting rude service here, next time I'll ask for refund, rude service is bad for business ... "self checkout" could avoid custumers dealing with minimum wage losers hating their job

Great staff gave my puppy a great spa day.

Touching water snails with dirty bare hands and rude cashiers being unprofessional, creepy and not honoring pets mart points and coupons. Where is good training and management when us consumers need it???

Love this place for my ???? dog. They have alot of good food and snacks

Petsmart do what Petsmart does. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive and they will always price match.

Always friendly and courteous. My dogs love this store for treats and a cool stroll on a hot day.

WORST PLACE: We were 2 MINUTES late for our appointment and they wouldn't take our dog in for grooming. Given the fact that they didn't clearly state this policy anywhere when you make the appointment, or having any sign that states this policy. Hope people who love their pets in this area avoid this place and those thoughtless people. TRUST me, DON'T GO and get your life ruined!!!

Fairly large petsmart. It has alot more selection than the location in Brokaw Rd. Lots of space for the puppers to run around

Bought some stuff for Cali, for her birthday! I have always liked this particular PetSmart. Has a lot of stuff for pets. Recommend for any kind of visit!

Bought a dog life jacket

Needed filters for fish tank, they had exactly what we were looking for...

The store and employees are really nice in general. The 3 star is mainly based on the Dog Training program for puppies. I paid for all 3 (beginner, intermediate and expert) levels group classes (each 6 sessions). The trainer that I encountered was very rude. Moreover, towards the end of beginner sessions, trainer said my puppy cannot attend the intermediate and expert group sessions and refunded me for those sessions and that my puppy can only attend Individual sessions (which are more expensive) for intermediate and expert. Bad experience. Esp, cos every pet training program asks you to go through all the programs (beginner,intermediate,expert) at their facility and dont really accept transfers. Not only that after 5 sessions with the other puppies, my puppy was finally getting along well in group sessions. If I register at a new class with new puppies, its all going to start over again. Finally I ended up just googling and saw youtube videos and trained my puppy myself. It was very simple and not so complicated.

I liked the grooming service. The groomers and the front desk at the service were loving to my dog. The place has a big variety of dog food.
