My Persian cat got a serious eye ulcer(corneal sequestrum) and my biggest concern was the post-op corneal clarity. I saw many pictures, and post-op area in the eye is quite cloudy. I must say, as to this point, Dr Vig surgery is like a magic. Dr. Vig proposed a very practical procedure plan and two months after the surgery, the problematic eye totally recovered and there is almost not any cloudiness around the ulcer area~

Ive been taking my dog to his regular vet with this eye issue for months. Nothing the vet gave him worked. I was beginning to think something was severely wrong with his eyes. I called here explained my dog's situation they got him in as soon as possible. Within 15 minutes of his appointment he was diagnosed. And what a relief. The young lady at the front desk I think her name was Marisol was so sweet and helpful the doctor was amazing she explained everything in detail and they were very gentle with my dog you can tell they care about our babys. I'm was very satisfied with my experience there. I would refer this place to anyone that might need care for their pet. Thanks again to the staff.

Super helpful and referred me to someone to help out with an issue other than an eye issue. Very professional and kind to take their time.

Amazing group of people that are so caring. My pup had had issues with his eyes and was under their care to manage, then when he had an emergency their care and care for him was truly astounding.

Called to make appointment for my pet. Was quoted NP visit, then told in order to see her, it would be considered emergency and price is higher, or wait weeks out? After hearing this, I would not consider taking my pet there!

The lady on the phone is something else. I just asked to schedule an appointment that's all.. "We don't have any until May! You're welcome to call back next week and see if we have any opening though!" in the rudeness tone ever. Jeez.

Every time my Boston terrier had eye issues, I took him here. Great service. Very friendly. Dr. Burling is very knowledgeable and experienced. Can get busy at times so call early if you need to make an appointment.

I was referred to Animal Eye specialist by my primary Vet, because my dog was diagnosed with Cataracts. But he didn't think the dog would do well under anesthesia, so he referred me to animal eye. They did some testing before to see if he was fit for surgery. on 8/5/20 which cost my around $2000. Dr. Burling said she was concerned about his trachea but said to me "that she would be very careful". So surgery was done on 8/13/20, that cost me $5000. on 8/19/20 my dog went into respiratory failure, we had to then take him to animal ER which cost me $3000. They patched him up and sent him home the next day. At this point he seemed ok. Then the following day he relapsed and we returned to the ER. They then said we needed to euthanize him. But we just couldn't do that, so we took him home. I thought he was going to die and we just wanted him to be with his family if he was going to die. We then called Animal Eye emergency number and nobody answered, so i then left a message. But again no response from them. on 8/24/20 Animal Eye finally responded and said they couldn't do anything to help us, he had a collapsing trachea. At this time we felt our only option was to euthanize him which completely broke me. For $10,000 all i got was a broken dead dog. He didn't make it to his follow up appt at animal Eye on 8/25/20. I talked to Dr. Burling about this matter and she seemed pretty nice but it still didn't take away the fact that my dog died. And that while in their care he decompensated. After which they offered no assistance. This whole ordeal was left for us to find another way to help him not suffer and they just brushed their hands off and left him for dead. If you LOVE your pet the way I do, then do NOT go there.

Go to Veterinary vision animal eye specialists instead folks. They treat you with respect and joy, unlike this place. Asked over the phone if I can refill medication for my kitty’s eye because my Vet is 40 minutes away. Lady on the phone was extremely rude and talked to me like I’m stupid. Glad I didn’t come to this place for my kitty. Would not recommend

MedVet Campbell and its staff are heaven sent! They were there for us in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, during the Memorial Day Holiday, when our dog Nico, lost his left eye to an infection. It was such a relief to have him not be in pain. Our deepest thanks to Dr. Katherine Roehl and the MedVet staff for being there for Nico!

Employees seemed very caring with the animals, and they communicated very well with me regarding the treatment of my dog. Seemed a bit expensive for an exam, over $300.00.

This is a photo of my dog's eye. This eye is blind and has been under the care of Animal Eye Specialists for approximately two years. You cannot tell very well from this photo but it is very red. I drove my dog from Gilroy to see the Vet. Upon my arrival the Red Haired receptionist curtly informed me that there are NO appointments available until after the 22nd. That is nearly three weeks away. I explained that I felt as though this is an emergency. I would gladly wait however long to see the vet. She said to take my dog to my regular vet. I again explained that my dogs vision / eyes are under the care of this facility. She basically said too bad, that I could schedule an appointment for later in the month or take my dog to my "regular vet". I told her that I would never be back. She is the least helpful /compassionate person I have met in a very long time. This company will take your money ... if they can schedule it in at their convenience. This having been said, the Vet was very nice every time we have been to see her.

Our first time here. Everyone was very nice and patient with our dog and us. Explanations were clear. Follow up instructions were printed for us to follow. I was concerned that it would stress our dog but the proceeded slowly not pushing or rushing. Couldn't have asked for better.

This is the place to go if your pet is having eye issues. Dr. Burlington is very dedicated to her clients and extremely knowledgeable in her field. Eye conditions in animals can be tricky and difficult to treat, and don't always have a positive outcome. The staff is very helpful in understanding the pros and cons of available treatments. My dog was treated for cataracts and we had a positive outcome.
