Dr conners was fantastic. He wrote me a prescription with 3 refills for my 15 yr old dog who gets regular UTIs. This office refuses to fill it now after only 6 weeks without seeing my pet (who was just there 6 weeks ago). They will not pick up the phone or return my calls. Looks like from the reviews here, this place has gone down quite a bit in just a short time. No wonder Dr Conner left

My family used to see Dr. Conners for many years when he was practicing in Granite Bay. We loved taking our animals to him, so we decided to follow him as patients to Airport Pet Clinic. My parents had three of their dogs see Dr. Conners at this location. I just got a puppy and decided to have the same care that I knew they had received. However, the office staff is terrible. I know live out of state and requested for my medical records to be sent to my personal email. Which I was told that they would have it to me in 2 days. I called back after two days as I did not receive them as previously mentioned. They said that they would then have a manager call me by the end of the day. As it was nearing closing time, and still no word or email from them, I called to follow-up. In following up, they then said it takes 7-10 days and would not be able to speak to a manager. I had been hearing several different iterations of times and still no record, feeling less than satisfied. I asked to speak to the manager in hopes to resolve this matter as the manager has to approve the document and the lady then hung up on me.

We used to love this vet. During COVID they apparently changed ownership. The techs although friendly are not very professional. The follow up and follow through is horrible. After loosing our pet we have moved all of our animals over to another local vet. We have been waiting months for them to transfer records. One of our dogs is now awaiting a procedure however the new vet won't continue until they have records from Airport. Horrible service.

My dog got out one day and I guess somebody picked him up off of Green Valley Rd ( we live off of in Rescue) and took him to this Pet Clinic. They then phoned me and my husband to let us know that they had our dog in Cameron Park. They were all very sweet employees, making sure that our dog felt comfortable and safe. I really wish I could thank the person/persons responsible for finding our dog in the first place. They should know that we are extremely grateful to them for picking him up off that dangerous Rd. So grateful!! But we are also extremely grateful to the Vet Clinic for taking him in and phoning us. No words can describe how grateful we really are. So a very big THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS!!

Been here a few times now. I think I decided it'll be my regular veterinary clinic. Others in area can never give me an appointment in a timely manner and this place always has. The technicians have always been good with my dogs and I like how they bring an estimate of the prices of services so you can pick what you can afford and work with it. Sometimes you need to do services piece-by-piece due to budget. They get that.

One of my dogs recently snorted up some foxtails into his nose and after calling around to several local veterinary clinics this is the one that could fit us in the quickest, and the experiences that I had made me grateful in a way for the incident because I now have a veterinary clinic I plan to use for all of our dogs, current and future, throughout our lives in this area. From start to finish the experience was great. Due to COVID, you currently have to wait in the parking lot and call in when you arrive. The office staff answered right away and each stall is labeled, so they know exactly which car to go to. Great job on the organization of that. I had been going to another clinic that was less organized, so this stood out to me. My dog is a bit fearful of veterinary clinics, but the vet tech was so great and sweet and patient with him as was the veterinarian who saw him as well. Both made me feel so comfortable leaving him because it was clear they were caring and kind and were mindful about the temperament of my dog. Before leaving, the vet went over all the potential options of what could happen to get the foxtails out as well as the pricing and printed out an estimate for me, which I greatly appreciated so I knew what to expect in terms of billing. Within I think about an hour of being home, the vet called with an update to let me know all went smoothly and the time I could pick my dog up. When I went to get him, he was ready on time and the vet tech who helped me was amazing. She went over all the information about post procedure care as well as had a print out with the instructions. She allowed me to ask additional questions and follow up on some of the topics that came up during my dog's initial intake. She also let me know that they periodically checked on my dog throughout his short stay to just make sure he was doing okay and give him some pets as he can be a bit anxious in those environments, which I thought was a really amazing level of service to help him feel a bit more comfortable. Because of this great first experience, I decided to take my 8 week puppy here to get his first vaccines even though I had planned on going to a different clinic that is a bit more low cost just because of the level of care my other dog received. I feel like the slightly higher cost is totally worth it, and the difference wasn't significant for a higher standard of care. At that appointment, the vet allowed me time to ask questions and again went over pricing and any other information I wanted to know more about. She even followed up with me by email afterward on a topic we forgot to follow through with during the appointment. I'm sure no one is reading this far, but I also want to give credit to the office staff. They were clearly skilled multitaskers who were professional, friendly and personable. While I was waiting to be checked out, one of the staff members was making back to back phone calls reaching out to clients while the other asked if I wouldn't mind waiting just a moment as she was working with a client with a sick puppy. The other staff member offered to step in while she worked with the sick puppy client, but the woman who was helping me was expediently able to work through that situation and checking me out kind of simultaneously, which I thought was very impressive. Lastly I just wanted to mention that they have a texting feature to remind you about appointments as well as an online portal to keep track of all your pets' information. I really appreciate these features that help keep track of everything as I have definitely forgotten things in the past. I honestly cannot say more wonderful things about this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a veterinary clinic for their pets! Thank you so much Airport Pet Clinic for a wonderful experience!

Dont expect help from these people if you have an emergency. Better have an appointment and low expectations I thought that people in the veterinary field were animal lovers. I question the integrity of this business and the lack of compassion from the people who work there was disgusting.I told them I had a baby rabbit that was going to die. They said well you have to wait until tomorrow. They were not helpful. None of the people they referred me to were willing to help either. The baby rabbit ended up dying. I was able to get the baby into Shingle Springs Emergency Vet and they actually helped me but it was too late. I would recommend them over airport.

We love Airoort, they always take great care if our fur babies. We were just in there today with our newest addition, and I love that they gave a Kitten Care Package.. it makes getting your new pet up to date so much easier!

My family has been with Airport for over fifteen years. In the past two years I have noticed the bedside manor this clinic offers has severely declined. I was outraged at the incident that took place this evening with my grandma and her dog. Recently, my grandmothers dogs health has declined and he has needed lots of care. This means my grandmother has spent thousands of dollars with airport in the last month. This afternoon her dog had most of his teeth pulled. They sent this poor dog home prematurely. He was bleeding from the mouth when picked up and HOURS later was still bleeding and in obvious pain. I understand that he just had teeth pulled but the bleeding was excessive to the point it has been dripping from his little mouth for hours. Additionally, when my grandmother was in the clinic to pick up her dog, she asked to use the restroom. She had been in the lobby for some minutes and being in her seventies the issue was urgent. They refused to let her use the restroom and told her to walk to the automotive repair shop down the street. Again, she visibly cannot walk well. She ended up messing her pants. Their excuse was for sanitary covid purposes but I do not feel this is a valid excuse. There are exceptions to every rule and compassion should extend to the dog owner as well, not just the animal being treated. With the recent incident added onto my already not so great experiences there, I will be pulling my records and going elsewhere, I hear amazing reviews for Goldorado.

Amazing vet!! We have known the wonderful Airport Pet Clinic for 20 years. The veterinarians have cared for our dogs and cats with knowledge and compassion. Everyone at the clinic treats our pets like family, with the love and concern they would show for their own dogs and cats. Celeste, Flea and Manda have helped with countless concerns and questions. I give them my highest recommendation of 5 stars!

They have seated areas outside 6ft. Apart with tarp/awning overhead. They came to our vehicle, asked info then offer 3 choices to have pet checked. 1. Inside2.outside in seated areas. 3.in vehicle. Very considerate and timely. Our pet was seen inside.. Checked thoroughly, given medicine, in under 40 minutes. Very kind and personable. I recommend trying them.

I just recently got my first dog and we struggling to decide where I should take her. As soon as I called airport pet clinic I knew I making the right decision! Being a new pup mom I had so many questions and Victoria answered all of my questions and made it so easy to set up an appointment. Victoria really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with where I would be bringing my little pup. Brought my pup to her appointment and you can tell everyone care so much about the animals and will give them so much love! 10000% recommend!

What great service! My pup had a "mystery cut", and they were able to get her in right away. The doctor answered staff was very helpful and explained to me what was going on, and why they were doing things the way they did. Fantastic!

Recently had our first visit to Airpark Pet Clinic. We went on a recommendation from a friend who mentioned how awesome they are. I have to agree that they have an amazing front office staff, great technicians, and Duke absolutely loves Dr. Fitzgerald! Everyone there goes the extra mile for their animal patients. So nice to have a reliable and trustworthy place for veterinary services.

This is no longer the clinic it was with Dr. Burley and Dr. Gallant. I have been a client for over 26 years and I am finished. This clinic will nickel and dime you until you have nothing left and the care is basically an assembly line now. You have to have a visit for everything, have to have annual check ups, have to have this and that and it’s $75 minimum just to step foot in the door. It’s not personal, it’s $$$$. No thanks. Refused to fill a “prescription” for a common joint supplement when she was SIX DAYS overdue for her annual. For a healthy dog. In a stay-at-home order. SIX DAYS. And now I'm the only negative comment this clinic has replied to. I guess I hurt some feelings. Excellent way to treat a client that outlasted the revolving door of front desk staff. Never again. This doesn't include the over charge for Sharkbait, my mother had to send the dog's x-rays to an expert at UC Davis. SHE DID THAT and this office charged her for it. Then had the audacity to send vaccination reminders AFTER THE DOG WAS DECEASED. Excellent Customer service. Fantastic.
