Staff is very professional and they are very compassionate and loving with the animals. Prices are very affordable, highly recommend them for your animal care.

Very disappointed in Dr. Edwards for not caring what the pet owner feels. We will take our pets elsewhere.

Dr. Edwards is great. We have been taking our dogs to him for the past 10 years. Our dogs have done from simple vaccinations to surgeries in his office. His diagnosis are accurate and treatments are very effective. His prices are reasonable. He is gentle and takes the time to explain issues, treatments and end results. He treats all of his patients with love and care. He makes follow up calls even after hours. His staff are caring and kind. I drive a long distant to get to his office but it is well worth it.

Friendly service. I had questions answered which helped in making the decision not to worry about my fuzzy friend.

Dr. Edwards and his staff have provided excellent care for all our pets over the years. They also have been friendly, caring and compassionate. I trust Camarosa Veterinary with my pets because Dr. Edwards loves his patients and goes above and beyond what other vets do. He even consults with specialists, at no extra cost.

Camarosa Veterinary Clinic is great! I recently took my dog King in to have a cyst removed from the corner of his eyelid, that had grown and was covering the outside corner of his eye. Upon arrival Russ Edwards and his staff were very friendly to me and King. After determining that he needed the cyst removed, they made King very relaxed and took him into the operating room. I knew he was in great hands by the way they were soo kind to him and made him feel comfortable, which made me feel comfortable too. After a couple hours they were done and after a couple more hours King was waking up and wagging his tail when I came to get him. Russ and his team are the epitome of professional and are very nice and thoughtful not only of us humans but especially of our four legged friends. You can tell they love what they do, helping animals, and they do it very well. I highly recommend Camarosa Veterinary Clinic!

My pups have been longtime patients (16 years) of Dr. Edwards. I have always felt like the pricing is abnormally high, but he was familiar with my pup, so I thought it was worth it. That all changed when it came to putting my baby down. It was not disclosed to me that nobody could go back with him, so I had to say my goodbyes in a frikin parking lot. The lack of compassion is absolutely disgusting. I will absolutely NEVER take my other or any future dogs there. If I Wouldn't have felt like my baby was in pain I would have went somewhere else. He didn't even have the nerve to come outside to meet with me, he instead sent his tech. After 16 years, I felt he could have paid me that respect. He turned an already difficult time into a completely traumatic Nightmare.

Ruby who is a bit selective of adult men but she seemed fine when we recently got a checkup. I appreciate Dr. Edwards.

Dr Edwards and his team are phenomenal! They are very customer focused and clearly care about our pets. We truly value our relationship with them! I cannot recommend them more highly than I do if you are looking for a new veterinarian.

I went to this Vet office desperately needing help for my sick kitten on very short notice. They not only helped but treated me and my kitten as if we were close family. I did cry at their office cause they cared about what was happening to my kitten... To say Thank You is understatement. I'm forever thankful and grateful. ????????

Years ago, I took my dog to Dr. Edwards, then I left the area for 28 years. When I moved back to Camarillo, I was told Dr. Edwards had retired and tried other veterinarians, who were horrible. On a whim I looked up Dr. Edwards and to my utter delight I found he was still in practice! I now have two cats, who are not happy about going to the veterinarian, but they were at ease due to Dr. Edwards incredible calming effect. He truly is in the right profession - animals love him and it's obvious he loves animals. Dr. Edwards explains conditions in an easy to understand manner, telling me things other veterinarians haven't. You don't get the "bum's rush", he spends the time needed, answers your questions, cares about the "parents" as well as the "children". I honestly can't say enough great things about Dr. Edwards as a vet or a person, he's wonderful! As long as he's in practice, I'll NEVER go anywhere else. The follow up given by Camarosa Veterinary is stellar! They call to see how my babies are feeling, ask all the needed questions, truly care. Friendly staff, immaculate office, treats for the animals. I highly advise you to give Camarosa Veterinary a try. 10 stars, 5 aren't enough!

I bring my pets here & they are always happy to be here, which is an awesome experience in comparison to other vets where my pets hated going. The staff here is so caring & attentive. Dr. Edwards is very smart & does more to help the animals than I have ever experienced at any vet. He offers an amazing surgery for my smushy faced bb & now she can breathe so much better. She no longer wheezes for air while playing with her siblings. Amazing place focused on the animals needs. Highly highly recommend

The doctor is great and knowledgeable, the staff is nice, it isn't a discount vet so they aren't free, but prices are reasonable. Especially when they are saving the life of a family member! Update: after some time it was clear that he orders tests that are unnecessary and combine that with the rudest lady ever running his office and we're out. Found a better vet on Daily Dr.!

I disagree with the recent post about the front desk service at Dr. Edwards office. I've been going to this office for many years now and have always been treated with the utmost respect and friendliness. Even after having to cancel appointments at the last minute and having missed one altogether everyone is pleasant and friendly. Dr. Edwards is a fantastic vet but his staff is what also keeps me coming back. When your pet hurts, you hurt and also need kind treatment and that's what I get at this office.

My lab is always super excited to see everyone in the clinic. I have never had a dog so excited to see her Doctor. She pulls me to get in the door. Dr. Edwards always takes the time to explain in detail medical conditions and treatment options. If you are looking for a caring veterinarians and staff you could not do better than Dr. Edwards and the Camarosa Veterinary Clinic.

Simply called to see if they carried Sentinel, lady who I talked to was very rude and short.

Dr. Edwards and his staff are awesome. I adopted a rescue cat and wanted to get her examined, to be sure that she did not have any "issues". I called the office early in the morning and they were able to get her in that afternoon. They did a complete exam, trimmed her nails, and gave me instructions to treat her ear mites. I was very happy and my cat loved everyone!!!!

Dr Edwards is a very caring doctor. I have had the misfortune of a cat having leukemia. Another vet told me to put him down. Dr Edwards told me he still had life in him...he helped my cat to stay with us a little longer. I have NEVER forgotten that! The staff are also very nice. ... It's a family feeling.
