This place made me wait when I had an appointment. Then they took my dog away from me not asking any questions gave the dog a shot not asking me where it was going to be put and it was the worst front desk experience & I will never go there again. Which is too bad because I liked the doctor the first time I met her but I didn’t have a doctors appointment & I had a crucial question to ask but, I went down the street to another Vet & got my question answered with compassion. They didn’t have change for my money and going to the gas station I met a person who turned me onto their vet and I went there and it was easy breezy and I left knowing that my dogs going to be OK! Wow I’m a canine massage therapist & this place will never get any recommendations from me! Who does that a company that lacks integrity! Thanks for the experience!!!

This office used to be amazing. Dr. Tyneway, and Dr. Lang, are no longer there now. The new vet has zero of the compassion, connectedness, and instinct that they had. Dr. Watrovsky (spelling?) imagines that she knows more than the pet parents, and other vets. She should not be practicing, and especially not at a clinic that was so extraordinary prior to her arrival. Do not subject your pets to this awful excuse of a vet.

My dog responded so well at 14 yes old yellow lab, she’s walking much better, happy wagging her tail and barking.

All things being equal, this Veterinary center is the best! that I've experienced. Not the cheapest but you'll pay for what you get, which is well educated and caring doctors and assistants. For your pets chronic issues and acupuncture & cold laser treatments, I highly recommend that you see Dr. (Kelly) "W".

This is my favorite Vet ever! They downsized with the stay at home/COVID requirements, so I'm hoping they will be able to bring back our favorite Holistic Doctors!

Dr. MacKinnion is amazing as well as the staff,my family has brought our cats here for years, no matter how far we live this is a comfortable environment. They meet our pet's at there level. Thank you for all you do.

Great Vets! Great Techs! Great Staff! They took great care of my boy Toby. Both my dogs love going to see everyone there. Toby had acupuncture due to his arthritis and could barely walk. After 4 treatments he was able to chase his favorite squirrel again at a full run.

I am so grateful to have found this place. The staff is phenomenal and they have helped my dog so much. He was paralyzed from the waist down and the ER vet told me to put him down because his care would be too difficult. Now after 3 sessions he is starting to walk again and is so happy. Thank you so much for all your help with my Jackson ????

I am a canine massage therapist and have referred many dogs and their people to Dr. McKinnon whom I like very much. Unfortunately with covid, the dogs are given underwater treadmill sessions without the owners present. One of my clients dog went in to Holistic Animal Clinic walking and came out not able to walk, was diagnosed by another vet with spinal damage. Chelsea was very rude and cold when she was contacted about this matter. She had no concern about the elderly dog who now cannot walk. I dont trust this place anymore.

They are only see you as a dollar. Not helpful at all. They’re trying to make everything more complicated to charge you more, and they are not responsible for their job as a doctor; because they are only care for money.

Affordable and treat the whole animal rather than just throwing meds at them.

I loved meeting Dr. Watrobski and the staff was amazing! Dr. Watrobski was very empathetic and caring towards my dog. I found out that my dog is diagnosed with hermangiosarcoma and doesn't have that long left. Dr. Watrobski took the time to answer every question I had and trust me I had a lot! She was very patient, gave me great advice, and helped me pick out supplements and medicine for my dog! After leaving today, I feel so much more confident in fighting my dogs cancer.

Every person I encountered had Keonis recovery in mind. They designed an exercise regime for him and he did twice a week in the treadmill tub, which he thoroughly dug. After a 10hour, 74 screw, unparalyzing spinal surgery, these people were crucial to his recovery. Highly recommend

Amazing staff from the front desk to the wonderful veterinarians. I love Dr McKinnon because she always explains in detail my dogs immuno disorder so that I can really understand what shes going through. They all give me plenty of time and care.

Thank you Dr. MacKinnon and staff (Daisy, Kelly, Chelsea, Rene....and more) for making Norm's last minutes and days so peaceful and calm and reassuring. Thank you for all you have done for our Angel. He honestly has appreciate it, and loves coming in for acupunctures and light therapy. He loves all your staff and loving care. He couldn't wait for Saturday to come so he can get in the car seat. Always going to the car seat come Saturday morning. Thank you all for loving him and caring for him❤️❤️????????????❤️. We appreciate all you have done for him. He was very well loved. Doctors here are absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. They also care for their patients ,rather then just prescribing the most expensive medications or giving up. They will try and do anything till the end of your pets last days.

They take such good care of my dog who does water treadmill. Slowly gaining strength. Everyone kind and wonderful!!

i'm a first time patient owner, i have been to the clinic one time and am really happy to have found them. I have a new dog who i took to my regular not holistic vet (because no holistic vets close to me) and it was like falling down the rabbit hole of conventional vet thinking, which is a scary out of control feeling, watching my dog get worse and worse, possibly from increasingly risky treatments without discussion of the necessity of them, and in desperation i spread my geographic net wider in searching for a holistic vet and found this clinic. i called the clinic and talked to Angela on the phone and felt reassured that i had reached a place that knows what questions to ask, Angela understood my concerns and what i needed help with. i got an appointment with Dr MacKinnon. It was exactly what i'm looking for in a vet. I went to two others who claimed to be "holistic," but although they recommended some alternative treatments, did not have a holistic attitude and both were part of the the crazy worsening rabbit hole experience, coming from a place of out of control fear. Dr MacKinnon has the humility of a holistic perspective, she made rational reality based health supporting recommendations, including "conventional" ones such as complete blood count, and had a clear plan about what could be done to learn more in order to best know how to help my dog with his symptoms and clarify the causes. It was an uplifting experience. My appointment with Dr MacKinnon was friendly, un-rushed, sat on the floor with my dog. She was in a learning mode the whole time, listened well and communicated information clearly. She appreciated my dog's individuality. I felt respected and that we were a team for helping my dog and that my perspective as his family member was valued. Ashley was also involved in the appointment and answered questions at the end of the appointment. There is an atmosphere of supportiveness and understanding throughout the staff that i encountered. i am relieved to feel now that i have a vet with a holistic perspective and attitude from which comprehensive medical knowledge is used. There is a huge difference in vets who have this quality and those who don't, most don't unfortunately. It's scary when a pet is sick and needs help, to not have a source of medical help for them with judgement that can be trusted.

They make a difficult situation better by being kind and organized.

My Molly had a ruptured disk at age six!!! We did surgery ASAP and then therapy in water treadmill. My girl walked and ran, she had a good long live I just lost her in September 2018 at 15 1/2...She want to say Thank you to Dr Tynway and her entire staff and Dr. Henry for giving my girl a wonder life. I'm lost without her

My 10 lb. dog ruptured a disc in his lower back in November, 2016. After five months of crate rest he was no longer paralyzed but his back legs just didn’t work right - his legs crossed, he walked on his knuckles and he had no apparent muscle in his legs. A friend recommended this treatment center and we had a consultation in April, 2017. They started him out on underwater treadmill twice a week for several months and gave me some at home exercises for him. He improved enough to go once a week for several more months. This past April he was even more improved and now goes every other week. He gained almost 2” of muscle mass in the past 6 months and continues to get better, although he will never walk quite like other dogs. But he can walk and even run! I can’t say enough good things about the care and treatment my dog and I have received from the staff at Holistic Veterinary Center. My dog had been in a hoarding situation, was not friendly and had to be muzzled for his first visit. That has since changed dramatically and has been an unexpected bonus as a result of his visits. His vet, Dr. McKinnon, has been terrific to both of us and is always ready to answer questions in terms I can understand. I can tell that she really cares about my dog. The physical therapists and veterinary technicians are kind, knowledgeable and caring, and they always go out of their way to greet my dog and ask about how he’s doing. The dog, of course, is thrilled with the pumpkin treats.
