We’ve been seeing Dr. Skaar for our puppy and cat and are so appreciative of her care. She genuinely takes time with our pets and provides honest and helpful insight. While it’s hard to get an appointment (sometimes making it hard for urgent cases) the staff is helpful and tries their best to accommodate.

Very caring professionals. Your pet will Receive quality care, with some great advice.

Worst service, worst care, malpractice, uneducated staff. Wellness plan is a joke, you’re paying for untrained staff to medicate your animal. STAY AWAY. For your wallet’s sake, and your pet’s health.

Been here a total of four times over two years. The first time due to the result of a cheese-melted-on-tinfoil feast (she just cannot resist cheese, it's literally her kryptonite). And the other times for preventative care. They take great and thorough care of our senior kitties. We very much appreciate the direct and frank information.

I love this place because everyone is very nice and this veterinary place has always taken care of my cats.

Dr. Skaar and her staff are the most professional and caring veterinarian clinic that I know. I come from Santa Clarita. The doctor does her research and stays current with all veterinarian issues. Her rates are reasonable. I would highly recommend her pet hospital.

Every time we take our dog here, we have a great experience. They always help get us in even when our schedule is difficult. They treat our dog Butterball like gold and the staff is always nice to us. The doctor, often times, calls us personally to explain things which I always really appreciate. On top of all of this, their fees are fair. We will always come here! Thanks for taking care of our baby!

This vet office may be short on curb appeal, but not on the care of ones pet. Thank you Dr Skaar (and staff) for taking care of my cat, Too Short, especially during this pandemic!! Visiting the vet right now is a different experience. You pull up in your car and call, they come get your animal, you wait and then the doctor calls you. Kind of takes some of the anxiety away, not being inside with your pet. Anyhow, very professional and friendly experience all around.

Well, during this pandemic you definitely see unconscious staff. One is sitting on the bench outside albeit masked, I will acknowledge that; however as my elderly parent attempts to get out of our vehicle and I must help her, this young staff member DOES NOT even think to give us 6 ft distance. NO CONSCIOUSNESS - AT ALL. NONE .So, for this they get one star.

The best care any dog or cat could wish for. Been going to Dr Skaar for over 20 years with my cats and dogs. I trust her, she is a healer, and very kind and patient. ????

The doctor is kind. Patient and caring ❤ office not fancy. But it's all about the pets.

There very nice, the older lady in front, not so much but everyone else is. Doctor she was very nice but she couldn't help me with my dog she can really only do the fundamentals.

We moved to LA 2 yrs ago and I found this gem. This office is a fair and reputable business. They don’t have a fancy office, they don’t overcharge, they don’t push you to do extra stuff you don’t need. Our dog recently went through a tough time. Dr Skaar called on a Sunday when she was paged.. the fact that you have this option is a bonus. She called and followed up daily After 2 wks we had to put our girl to sleep. She came in on her day off to do this. I’m thankful for this office and I recommend them to anyone who asks.

Dr. Skaar and her staff are amazing. They are always attentive, listen and honest about what is happening with my pets. Animals are the priority not the bottomline/profit. Wish I had found her much earlier in my pethood process.

Recommended by a friend, I took my dog who had a hematoma on her ear, that had been drained a week before by my regular Vet. Dr. Carole drained it again and provided another type of treatment. A week later, she is doing 100% better. My regular Vet said the Only option was a $900 surgery.

They have cared for my series of animals since they opened. They are THE BEST: loving & reasonable. Dr Bamford takes time to answer questions or will research if she is not familiar with whatever I have come up with.
