Media City Animal Hospital Burbank, California

Vets and staff care about you, your animals, and a safe, welcoming facility. Prices are competitive enough for a neighborhood full of well-to-do families. They don't cut corners and they have only recommended things we needed so far. Highly recommend.

They gave us an appointment at 7am and the vet started working at 10. They kept my cat in the carrier until 11:00, after spraying it with some disinfectant (it was very bad smelling when it came back). Around 11:30 the vet gave my cat a quick visit. She called us and said everything was fine. When my GF told her our cat had stomach ace, the vet said she couldn't understand it because the cat was crying all the time. Maybe he was crying because they kept him closed in the carrier, close to dogs and other animals, for more than 4 hours??? At the end the nurse told us she suggested to do blood exams and other exams, for a total amount that was around 700$. So why would I leave my cat there for more than 4 hours, if at the end they had to suggest me to do blood exams, just based on what we told them during a telephone call? Wasn't it easier to do everything via phone, saving time, money and stress for our cat? Not happy at all, very unprofessional.

We got an estimate for airline travel certificate check up for over $2000. The dog are not sick this is only a check up. They said that is the fair amount.  We are not a first time customer  we coming to this place since my dog born. I know everyone charge as much they think they worth but this amount is a little surprising compared to other vets who doing the same thing for around $300. Do your diligence and get multiple estimates because some of them busy enough to throw crazy numbers.

This place is awesome! They've been amazing at taking care of my dog for 2 years. I will continue to come back here.

My experience at Media City with Destiny was amazing, she's very knowledgeable, Great communication skills, Very Very kind super friendly! She demonstrates great leadership skills! THE WORLD needs more people like Destiny she's cares so much not only for the Owners but also connects with the fur babies! Truly an angel with a blessed heart!

They are nice, but won't let you in the room with your animal and don't know how to handle a big stressed out dog. After 3 vet visits in 2 weeks and prescribed anxiety medication which really just made my dog groggy and sleepy, they weren't able to finish the shots needed

Our first time at Media City Animal Hospital and I was blown away by the friendliness of the entire staff, especially Tanya at the front desk, and impressed with the in depth services that the vet provided. Dr. Marino was absolutely amazing. She made my senior girl feel comfortable and really made sure she got every piece of information about her new patient. We will need to return soon and I feel like my girl is in the best hands possible now. Thank you so much!

You definitely need an appointment, but I trust this vet completely.

I’ve been taking my puppy to Media City since we rescued him and have had nothing but the best experience. The staff is kind, informative, and just all around the best. Dr. Trout is absolutely amazing, and my dog loves her. I’ve never seen a dog so excited to visit his friends at the vet. And trust me, when I say kind, I mean extremely kind. This poor office staff saw me having almost a full breakdown while waiting for my puppy to get X-rays after being told he could have a neurological issue. They were kind, and ready with every bit of information I needed. Seriously, if you’re looking for a vet, this is the place to go.

I love this vet. They follow up with you the day after a procedure and respond to your emails with a phone call from the vet when needed. I was so freaked out to take my new cat for surgery, but they really put me at ease.

This is a hidden gem in Burbank. Go here for friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable dog care. The staff is super helpful. They have digital forms. Price was more than reasonable for what we got. It even has parking! I could almost swear my dog has better health care than I do!

My dog has always been afraid of the vet, he knows when he is there from the parking lot. The fact that they understood and made him feel welcomed was a big thing for us. They were able to gain his trust and he even seemed relaxed coming out. To top it off he came out of his appointment with a cute bandanna! Thank you to all the staff as well, very professional and kind. So glad I was recommended this place, will be taking Tobi here for all his medical needs.

They are by far the best vet clinic in Los Angeles (based on my experience). They never over test or over charge - and they put the patient first. Media City will be my vet for life.

I was extremely happy with the service at Media City Animal Hospital. I'd been to two other vets and both prescribed my precious pup medication without giving me a diagnosis - even though they did x-rays, blood tests (two) and sent out his x-rays for another consult. Total cost: $1500. I left with medication which knocked my pup out for long periods of time and didn't seem to help much. Dr. Levitt diagnosed my pup with torn ACLs and told me it's fixable with surgery. I was so grateful for the diagnosis and a referral to a surgeon. We were treated extremely kindly and with compassion and the price was far less. Came home relieved and with hope that my pup will get better.

Best vet staff in area

Excellent Vets! The two founders still work here, Dr. Fogel and Dr.Chan. I have been using these Vets for over 25 years. Recent visit, the assistant Lesley took my 6th cat in for blood work, and x-rays. They handle your animal with care and concern! Everyone cares from the front desk to the back work area! Have no comparison for prices with other Vets, but trust for me is more important than a few dollars saved. The unfortunate reality of pet ownership is "it can be expensive".
