It was a great experience treated our dog like their family. Veterinarian is informative, caring & sincerely loves animals. The staff really makes us feel at home. The clinic smells fresh & clean. They have covid office visit protocols that is so organized. They have affordable puppy package.

I'm sure Dr nice enough, but very thick accent, so I could barely understand what he was saying over phone..My fur baby very Ill..I need to be able to know what ur saying... Recommended a full service Vet, opened 24/7 & it was so expensive & staff- well receptionists unfriendly, curt & downright rude..FV VCA animal hospital... Avoid both places!

Little tucked away office with BIG CHUNGUS cats walking around! Clean office, super friendly staff, took two semi-feral cats for spay/neuter and they were great with them. Low cost services, will be coming back!

I was so nervous to go in I don't like the vet. My moms waited with me in the lobby as the unprofessional staff snickered and laughed everytime they said my name or maybe they just had some hilarious inside jokes going on. Either way I wasn't a fan so I sat on the floor crying until the vet was ready to see me. The nurse made me feel so uncomfortable I didnt even want to go near the scale/exam table until she left the room.I got a clean bill of health from the vet he was cool but the rest off the staff rubbed me the wrong way.

The place smells horrible. Like they mopped the floors with dog urine. Place needs a good cleaning. I wonder what the back looks like!!

I'm so grateful for the receptionist who told me about a spot that had opened the day I called. My dog was shaking his head and I couldn't find anyone who was taking walk ins without a huge bill. It's been 3 days and his head has shaken significantly less! Thank you so much OAAH!

I have tried to give this place chance after chance. I won't be back. I hate writing negative reviews but I don't have a lot of positive things to say. The staff is nice but they are always late for your scheduled appointment, the vet spends 5 minutes with your pet, gives no info and then 20 minutes later you get the bill with no explanation for charges. This have been my experience every time. I am going to drive an extra 20 minutes to go back to Yolinda Animal hospital.

Our first Vet experience for our first puppy. We had a ton of questions, and they were so patient answering all our questions from food, bathing, to nail clippings. All the other places I googled said they had to wait 1-2 hours outside with their pets, and some didn't take appointments at all. I was so grateful they had appointments, and they even called to say they were running behind and told us to come in a little later so we didn't have to wait. I hope all our visits will be smooth like our first.

Your service was OUTSTANDING and I so appreciate your last-minute assistance for Carson and Chessie. They both are in a new and loving home when my daughter could no longer keep them due to COVID job loss and having to live with one of her friends who could not have the cats. My daughter's heart was broken but she knows her 'girls' are being loved and well cared for and your last-minute hustle to help us is so appreciated. I have a guide dog I'm raising, Sergeant, who is 4 months old. I will be bringing him in at some point to receive that same excellent care and service.

I made an appointment, dropped my cat, & waited for hours. At 5pm, I couldn't wait any longer bc it was their closing time. I walked to the front door and knocked until someone opened the door suspiciously. I asked what happened to my cat. .... yep, they forgot they took my cat and have not looked at him until I walked in The good thing is the Dr. Is knowledgeable. But gosh, it was a shocking experience as a cat owner.

Thanks Doctor Pete and his staff especially Sheryl caring and helping to find better treatment for my dog. I got the discount with affordable price. They got the plan for payment that no other place provide. Lucky i could find the place to take care my dogs.
