Charlie had a great stay at the Pet Hotel!!!

We came here last week to get a couple of fish for our girls' new fish tank. We were new to having fish so wanted help deciding what would be best for us. We talked to the woman Kristina there and she was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. She guided us in the right direction as to what fish to start with and how to continue building our tank. We left the first week with 2 fish and a little frog, and they love their new home. Today, one week later, we came and saw Kristina again for some more fish to add. We left with 2 more beautiful fish, and some snails and shrimp to help keep our tank naturally clean. We can't wait to go back next week to pick out our plecostamus!

Great location with huge variety. Currently has a large assortment of Halloween pet costumes that appear both spooky and comfortable. Call ahead if you're looking for something in particular as shipping issues have put a damper on certain items.

Took good care of my dog while we were gone

Always a pleasure coming into this store. I wish they moved a little bit faster. The line is always out the door. When I see all the staff standing around. But besides that i love this store.

My pet was returned to me from a stay at the pet hotel covered in urine and possible feces like it was a normal occurrence. When I asked about the stay I was given a blank stare. They didn't know if she ate or interacted well with other dogs.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The pets hotel is a scam. I took my furbaby to a 5 night stay. Thinking she would have an amazing time, I was wrong. She barely ate and probably recieved little to no attention. When picked up she was a few pounds lighter and not herself. They just said she wasn’t social. 4 days later my baby has passed away. Rest In Peace to my Baby Biscuit. if you knew my dog wasn’t eating well. Why didn’t you have your 24/7 vet check on her?

Do not shop at the store in Brea. They're not knowledgeable, helpful or friendly. I had called for item check, was hung up, when I called back was told they didn't carry item. I called store in Whittier and had associate assistant who was extremely helpful about product and also checked Brea store. Was told they also carried item there. I was near Brea store, walked in and asked for item. Maggie, the Manager assisted me. I told her about incident. Never apologized and was making excuses for her and associates behavior. I wasn't asking for charity. I am a paying customer who will take her business elsewhere.

The girl that help me was super nice . And her conversation wasn't even about how I was doing it was , what kind of pet do u have and how was the pet doing and that I was welcome to bring it in the store ..great place she was even nice enough to pick for me what Items are best for my pet ..

Do not board you pet in their Pet Hotel. My pup ended up getting sick there and they gave my pet someone else's dog toy and that's probably how my pup got sick. They kept changing their stories. I dont trust that place anymore. They need to take better care and watch over them more.We entrust the staff with our pets. The store is good, it is just their pet hotel.

We love this petsmart. Our dog attends the pet hotel regularly and always has a blast with his friends. Staff are always friendly.

Alex is the best groomer. She is so kind and patient with my grandmothers elderly dog. Gadget is blind and has anxiety. Alex and the rest of the staff take great care of her and she always looks perfect when I pick her up.

The associates were vwery friendly, and my dog was taken back promptly for grooming. However, I purchased an extra add-on furminator de-shedding to her bathing & brushing, which didn't appear to have been completed. She looked groomed & brushed but was shedding like crazy when I picked her up & has been shedding profoundly since. I was informed that the groomer that took care of her was a new groomer, so maybe that was it. It just wasn't worth the extra price.

Store and service are very organized. Pricing is a little high but then again they have a lot of stuff that you just won't find at Walmart or Target. Very accommodating environment for adoptions as well.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. PetSmart is clean and a safe environment to board our dog. It's great that the PetHotel is open on Sundays and we can pick up our pup after a weekend away. We like that a vet and doggie grooming is available. This is the best place to board our dog. We have boarding our dogs here for 2 years.
