We bring our small parrot here to get groomed. The staff is gentle and friendly. Luv seeing all the parrots they have while we wait.

I love the baby macaws!!.. you can pet them but be careful!! Lol

So far, our experience at Omars has been awesome! Darlece has been so kind, knowledgeable and friendly! A bird owner herself, she takes time to understand the needs of her customers. She helped us pick out just the right bird for our 7 year old! As for the store itself, it is practically a bird petting zoo!!! You can spend hours just hanging out with the parrots, cockatoos, cockatiels, budgies and other winged friends. Each station has a bird or two and they're super sociable. The store is very clean, even when the birds get messy! The staff knows their stuff when it comes to species, temperaments, diet, etc. If you buy a bird from them, filing and clippings are free. Birds are hand fed/raised and overall quite healthy and friendly. You also get a few fairly hefty bags of seed included with your purchase. Overall, buying from Omars is totally worth it!

My favorite parrot place in the Los Angeles county. It’s just the place to be, even if (or especially if) you’re just browsing. They always have 5-9 large parrots just hanging around and you can interact with them. The staff are usually very friendly and knowledgeable. A con is that they are quite expensive even when compared to other parrot places around.

Love Omar's! Fun, lively atmosphere. All the employees are so friendly, but not at all pushy. I adore the birds here, and you can interact with all of them! And they cary just about every avian supply imaginable.

The best place for found a cute bird!

I love parrots especially budgies tho they didn't have budgies or smaller parrots when I visited. There were many medium and large parrots on their stands that could be interacted with, there was a poor plucked umbrella cockatoo who hopefully is being cared well by the store, they liked bouncing up and down. The toys and food here are reasonably priced and there are many good cages. I was confused by the entrance since the lot is small. No bathroom. Please respect the parrots' space, as I saw children being a bit excited about touching the birds. If the birds don't want to perch or be pet, give them space or they'll get nervous and bite.

One of the men working here is very rude, and snaps at the customers. Just a warning, someone like that should not be working in customer service!

Best birdhouse in Orange County. You can buy all kinds of birds here and board them until they are ready for you. They groom them and teach you how to own a bird. They have a lot of birds out and available to touch and to talk to. Really a great place!

Place is great for all your birds needs. Great for boarding also.

Staff are all birds lover with very good knowledge. Grooming staff very skillful. First time I see one person grooming.

I bring my babies here to get the nail, beak, and wing maintenance

We drove an hour address not updated on website We were lost for half hour then we called the female employee told us the new address however she neglected to tell us that she was closing in 2 minutes she gave us the right address so we drive another few mile when we reached she said she is closed. She should’ve told us they were closing in 5 minutes Thier normal closing is 6 o’clock according to website we reached 5 o’clock but she was closing early. We also asked if she had certain birds but didn’t care to talk to us........Bad customer service
