Wish I saw their two stars on YELP first.. What a complete nightmare!! Our dogs nail was cut way too short. It bled for hours, our dog was uncomfortable AND needed a trip to the vet because it kept bleeding whenever he'd walk. He's special needs and it was on the leg that was paralyzed at birth, making things worse when he scrapes the nail walking. He is 7 months old and already had this terrible experience to remember. The groomer didn't seem experienced, they didn't have anything to remedy the situation and instead proceeded to rinse it with water?! She was definitely rushing as I watched her do it. Probably because they showed up an hour late. April was attentive to the situation because we still needed to pay for the service as the groomer working on our dogs left in a hurry. I spent hours cleaning up the mess and they were very unsympathetic, telling me "Groomer came out and the service was done the nail was just cut a little too short". He needs another bath now because he has blood all over him April!!! He's in pain and discomfort!!!! On top of that, a trip to the vet. After her third attempt in two hours (starting at 8 am) to receive payment I tell her "she'll get her money and not to worry, I'm driving" She responds "Always every day lol " Needless to say she's very lucky she received $295 for our two pets, AFTER her $25 discount. The dog could've bled to death. It wasn't handled properly and they are totally unprofessional. And this all is a joke to her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll find another biweekly grooming service for our two dogs from now on. Her loss, she didn't want to make things right. Oh and the other dog was washed so rough they ripped the mole on her back so she has blood stains on her coat too. Take your dogs here if you want a $160 blood bath.

April and Arturo are THE BEST groomers in the entire of Los Angeles areas! :) April responded very quickly and professionally with lots of CARE and LOVE for us and our baby dog, Owen, who needed the much needed hair cut, nail clipping, teeth cleaning/brushing, gland cleansing, and THE WORKS. Arturo arrived ON TIME eventhough I called to request for service so late that day; I called around noon and Arturo arrived at 6pm that same day as scheduled. April even followed up with me to make sure everything was taken cared of and Owen was getting his needs met. Arturo provided the best looking bear face hair cut for Owen, and grooming services with lots of CARE and LOVE as well for us and Owen. Owen is now VERY HAPPY and DELIGHTED with his looks and entire being. I HIGHLY recommend April and Arturo for all of your pet's grooming needs. Do not hesitate to call them! You and your pets will be VERY HAPPY with them.

My dog gets happy when she see's the van pool up. She just so spoiled with Aprils furry tail staff. Very friendly and gentle with her. And honestly my dog is not too friendly herself but so comfortable she is with them. My #1 Dog groomer

Made a same day appt for my baby just to have his nails cut since his leg is hurt and i don’t want to bring him in the car. The groomer showed up on time and was so nice! He did a great job on my baby and handled him with care and professionalism. Thank you!

This was my first time using a mobile pet grooming service and I was shocked when I saw my Dixie she was GORGEOUS!!!!!! she looked like a little puppy, I was extremely happy with the serviced I received from April's mobile pet grooming my pups were happy as well. Yes I do recommend her to anyone you won't regret it

She forgot our appointment. When we called 30 mins into it she said they would be 3 hours late. The person sent was clearly not a groomer (which I should have known by him asking "just a wash a dry right?"). We gave him grooming instructions but he took 2 hours to shave our dog down to where he looked as if he was prepped for surgery. They sent someone in a attempt to fix it but it was so short there was really nothing that could be done. I wouldn’t recommend them for grooming. Before and after pics attached.

Made an appointment with this company the first time they ran late. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried them again. We had an appointment at 8am didn’t hear anything from the owner till I messeged her 30 mins later. She couldn’t give me a time frame all she said was the guy was running late. Come to find out that the technician can only come at 11:30am. That would be 3 and a half hours after the time the tech was supposed to be here. Not a realiable company unless your ok with waiting around. I don’t recommend them. Business doesnt function accordingly.

I contacted them in the morning to see if they could squeeze me in and they did for the same day. I was booked for 5pm and April always kept me prompted on the ETA. Anyone complaining about lateness keep in mind, this is a drive to you services in LOS ANGELES there will be traffic all day. plus some dogs might take longer than others. My mom's dog was really bad hair was mantled and tangled and Arturo did a wonderful job. I work on weekdays and weekends so I don't have time to drop the dog off at a groomers so this service was a life saver. Thank you again Arturo!

My senior cat is disabled; she only has 3 legs. After her amputation due to a tumor, she gained some weight and was no longer able to clean herself. She had lots of matts and I decided to have her shaved to make her more comfortable in this summer heat. She hates car rides so I decided to use a mobile grooming service. The groomer arrived promptly and was very nice, professional, and quite talented. He gave her the cutest "lion cut" and cleaned her ears, face, etc. She must have felt quite comfortable with him because she hardly fussed. Usually if a stranger touches her she lets out an annoyed meow and cops an attitude. I was so happy to get her back calm, clean, and with a fantastic shave & cut. I will definitely use April's Mobile Grooming Service again! Totally made my day.

Yes I called over the phone to book an appointment and asked if I needed to send anything to secure my spot and she said she needed my address, once I was available after work to send it, she rudely said I took to long to send my address and she gave my spot away. Very Unprofessional and should be able to write down an appointment without having to just leave it to the customer without even telling me that I will not be booked in until I send over my address(that I already told over the phone). Wouldn’t recommend

All I can say is wow. Beautiful job. My dog was going to a vet that had to sedate him to get groomed. Would go in the back and see "bite" on a sign. April and her partner did a wonderful job and my dog warmed up to them. He was nervous at first but no medication. This is what happens when people have positive energy. They were on time and professional. Thank-you.

Horrible dog groomer they left my dog with a horrible cut we didn’t ask for and made him bleed. He was also acting weird after not sure what they did to him. Never again. DONT GO HERE. HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Did great job grooming my kitty. Very prompt.

Chop shop. Cut looks horrible and for some reason half of my cats stomach is shaved to the skin without explanation, you can see where they got a little to close to the skin. Would never call again nor never recommend.

April’s mobile grooming takes wonderful care of our girl, Penny. The groomers are kind, responsive, not afraid to ask questions or give suggestions and always loving to Penny. April is responsive and is always able to schedule appointments around our schedule. Pricing is reasonable for services provided and removal of any anxiety around dropping off your dog to a grooming facility, cage drying, etc. Knowing your pup is just steps away and not being left in a cage lessens the anxiety for both human and pet. Highly recommend! ❤️????

Adam and Art were the best! They arrived a little late but totally made up for it with excellent customer service and a job well done. Art was very understanding of my senior princess Winnie. She was afraid of the blow dryer but he took his time and had lots of patience with her. He even gave my other baby Rufus the mowhawk that we asked for. My two fur babies are so fresh and clean now. I absolutely love it. Definitely recommend using April's Furry Tail Mobile Grooming. Thank you soooo much!!

I was unable to get my usual appointment with my groomer due to the lockdown so my dog was looking pretty scruffy. I decided to go down the mobile grooming route and I’m glad I did. April did an amazing job and my dog was almost unrecognizable in the best way. 5 stars from me and my dog Princess!

April and her team are so amazing. They have been busy but were able to get my dogs an appointment on the same day. I have never seen such quality work. My dogs came out exactly how I asked and they had so much fun in the Mobile truck. You can tell they truly care. The are very great at communication very professional. I would recommend them to everyone. April and her family business are the best and I know you see that once you have used them. Please go and support this family business and you and your pets will never want to go anywhere else.

To error is human. To forgive is devine. This company came back and groomed both of my schnauzers for the compromised price. They did a very good job. While we had a bumpy start, I appreciate there willingness to show my patronage mattered. This a sign of good faith and smart business. If you shared my original post, please share this as well.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I used them today for a regular grooming and deshedding. I have no idea what they did to her but she came home and has been unable to literally walk since. So now I have to pay for a vet appointment on top of the grooming to figure out what happend. And even worse my dog was returned damp and now smells worse then before she was washed. Plus I still get a clump on hair on my hand when I go to pet her. When I tried contacting the company their response was "sorry we will let the groomer know your feedback" and "I dont know why dog cant walk". And REFUSED to give me any sort of a refund. If you care about you dog... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Our sweet and fluffy cat, Leo, suffers with long fur during the hot months, and needs bathing and shaving on his underside. We called April, who scheduled Leo for the next day with Arturo, who is a gem and loves animals! 45 minutes later, Leo was back with us, clean, cool and happy. No stressful car ride, nor waiting in queue at a site with loud dogs or other animals.

I am grateful dont know much about pet groomers but I will definitely recommend you guys again professional courteous and a great team on time and the service didn't take long I appreciate you guys keep up the awesome work see you on in couple months

I am so grateful I found April’s Furry Tail Mobile Pet Grooming. April was very kind to schedule us at the last minute for my senior Cocker Spaniel, and Adam and Arturo make a wonderful team. They are kind, compassionate, careful, and warm. All the qualities I value in caring for elderly animals. They took their time and treat our beloved Wesley as if he were their very own. I highly recommend them and cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am for their service.

April does an amazing job with my lhasa! He always gets mats and it somewhat scared of other groomers but always comes back tail wagging from seeing April! A wonderful business! I highly recommend her services.

This Mobile pet grooming service is Awesome. I have a Teacup Maltese and they take great care of him everytime. My Shiba Is blind but has no problems taking a great bath. The employees are excellent, prompt, and very professional. I recommend them if your looking for quality at a great price!

I have 2 small dogs, and new to the area so move grooming was the most convenient for me! Both dogs came back exactly how we discussed! They were so nice and I will absolutely be using them again!
