Dr. Riddle would not let me in the shop when my cat was being euthanized brought him back out in a carrier he was all freaked out these were my last memories of my best boy Covid or no Covid That was cruel and traumatizing to me as a pet lover.

Outstanding service during Covid. Very conscious of safety to the humans and very thorough for Luna. Thank you for the sense of importance and uegency.

Dr. Odea was a miracle worker with one of our cats ( a Tortie) who can be quite unruly. He took time to answer all of our questions and did so with our making us feel like dum dums for due asking them. The techs were cheery and friendly as well. Pricing was reasonable for the area. Jodie Campbell

I’m very grateful to Southampton hospital and dr riddle! I swear they love my cat just as much as I do. When I brought in my sick rescue kitten they were very informative. I really feel like dr riddle covers all his bases and tries to explain everything simply. I will say they are very thorough and kind. Also sometimes they play with my cat and I find it adorable. I’ll be honest when I first was given this sick stray kitten faced with health issues I was overwhelmed. I had already fallen in love with her, but I wondered just exactly what I had gotten myself into. They have been reassuring and have made this process a whole lot easier. Thanks for helping me save my girl.

They have been my vet for over 20 years! All my animals live good, long lives! They truly care about you as a person and your animals. I could not imagine going to another vet. . I commute to them from Oakland! Special shout out to vet tech extraordinaire, Beth, who all my pets adore and trust and who has been a calm, caring presence for us when we have had to say goodbye to a beloved pet.

Dr. Riddle and staff are the best

I love them, very nice people! Dr. riddle has done a lot for my dogs, however. I'm tired of spending $200+ every single time I visit for a check up. I gave a poor star review because they always spring extra charges on after the fact. They are Not transparent at all with what your bill is going to be. I ask every time what the costs of everything is before showing up and they give me a quote, then charge me something completely different. C'mon! It's just bad business to treat your customers like that.

Didnt go here-so i guess these guys are okay-i dont have a dog-but i didnt see any dead dogs walking out of there-????????????????

Dr. Riddle helped me correctly identify my dog’s intense skin issue by asking the simplest question that NO other vet (and we went to 4!) asked. Because of her our pup Maggie is 100% healthy and back to her normal self with her coat completely grown back. Cannot thank Dr. Riddle enough!!! 100% would recommend.

They give really good care and are quite helpful. Location is nice as well. The only thing I don't like is that there's no bill transparency. You send in your pet and they do all the services without telling you which ones carry an additional cost and how much. So you just get a bill at the end.

Doctors and staff are great!! Little spendy but you get what you pay for..... they Care and that is priceless ????????????✨

Always a pleasant and informative experience at the pet hospital. Love both doctors. Dr Riddle saved my dogs life after an attack by another dog. I called on the weekend and she got back to me promptly. Dr Olm is knowledgeable and a calming source for my dog. Thanks again for your dedication.
