Hard to find help to to find an item in store.Waited for 25 minutes I ended up leaving and going to Walmart.

Very helpful staff. The dog trainer helped me. Bought a lot of things for my baby labradoodle, and for my guinea pigs.

They have a lot of items for pets. However, the prices are extremely high in comparison to other e-commerce and retailers. Also, no one is clearly designated as an experts to get help with pet supplies. So, makes it a little difficult to find someone to assist.

They were out of the dog food that I've been getting for about 10 years there and when I got up into the line I got some of the homemade treats they have in the front. The checker could not get the scale to weigh them so after 10 minutes I finally just left without them as they didn't offer another solution.

Just made a purchase of birdseed at Beaumont CA Petco. I was charged $29.08 for 4.5lbs checked Petco ‘s website where it was advertised at $20.09. Took it back bought a different seed in store price $19.99, website $14.94. On top of that the seed I originally went in for was out of code use by date was October 2020. Lesson here is Petco is over charging for old out of code merchandise. Buyer beware

When looking for a petco specific dog food, I called all over and this store was the only store in a 100 mile radius who had it and after informing me they had 2 bags left, offered to keep it behind the counter for me until I got there! My dog appreciates it! ????

Smoke tree pet co has a management that needs a lesson on respect. Pluse depending on what day you go and time depends on if you get treated right or not by the sraff.its a gamble.

I have honestly never been to a Petco where the staff was so helpful! I have always gone to petsmart Because they always helped me. I just so happened to need to go into Petco twice this week this week and both times I was pleasantly surprised and very very happy with my service! I will be back

Do not use Petco.com. They do not know how to pkg stuff. $14.24 small container of Supplement Chews completely destroyed. Not by UPS, but the way it was packaged. They put a case of canned dog food in with a small paper container & the weight turned the supplements to dust. Container busted open & nothing was left of them but dust in the bottom on the box.
