The people are really nice...

Walk-her loves this place. He thought I was going to not leave him there, when I had to go back to my car, and started backing up. When I get him out of the car, he starts walking on his hind legs, he's so anxious to get inside.

I have a very spoiled dog and am particular about how he's handled, fed, etc and the staff here did everything I asked to a T. They let him have his favorite things from home to make him feel safe too. They always take great care of my boy every time I use them. Highly recommend.

Best place ever! I have had my furry babies stay here more than once already and love it. Last time when I was picking up my babies they had them exercising and all. They love it ???? Thank you for all you do for them.

Our family has been loyal customers for the last few years. We loved when Cindy was the manager. She was friendly, an absolute pleasure to deal with, and her love for the animals showed in her conversations with owners and interactions with the clients and their pets. Since Cindy has left 2 months ago, management has taken a turn for the worst. We just found out that Cindy was the one who implemented and included a bath in the boarding fees before pickup. This was the perfect response for a tick infestation that occurred a few years ago due to the dogs being outdoors. This was the best solution to ensure no further negative repercussions from leaving your pet in a kennel and being around other dogs. This especially makes sense and was appreciated during this COVID pandemic. Unfortunately, we just found out today that our pet wasn’t bathed at all the last few times we brought her to board there. We asked Samantha because she was returned to us with an awful stench. This information and other new changes were not relayed to the clients. As a matter of fact when I called to book a kennel for our pet, Samantha did not inform me of the bathing option. Management gave the impression that they were unaware of this previous policy regarding bathing, but when we inquired, we were informed by volunteers that they have offered to bathe the animals, but are constantly told not to. Now, there has been an extra charge for bathing without prior notice. The kennels are outside, which already exposes the animals to fleas, ticks and other infestations. At the very least, they can wash the dog. In the “new normal” we’re living in, cleanliness is essential in every facet of our lives, including our pets. Unfortunately, at Beaumont Boarding Kennel, this is not the case.

I meet alot of selfless beautiful volunteers. If I could I would adopt or foster a dog from them. Opportunity is not there for me as I am looking to move. Check them out. Dedicated staff

It is a decent place, staff is very nice and loves the animals. I know, because i handle the cleaning and exercise part daily and the cages are very clean and the dogs get some exercise everyday. They also get fed well and are well taken care of. Staff is professional and the dogs safety and well being are first priority.

They seemed pretty nice at door.dog deemed aggressive but they never gave him a chance by thier own view.everyone has a side and a decompressing dog should be given a chance by ur own eyes before judgment is passed.just hope a last chance dog doesnt get judged this way without an understanding human to help

Had to put our dog here for our 4 day vacation. Facility is a little out of place and a little strange looking but the whole staff that I came I contact with was very friendly and made our dog feel at home.

Great place in a convenient location next to freeway. Cindy was able to take our 3 dogs last minute, and was willing to wait for us to pick up if we ran late on Sunday. Dogs had a great time. Reasonable rates too.

They have a nice facility and take care of the animals with care and consideration. No neglect or abuse.

It is well over 96 degrees outside, and this place has no shade or anything else to protect these animals from this horrible heat. That is so not okay. This place needs to be reported and have the issue fixed immediately.. those poor helpless animals are suffering in this horrible heat..

My dogs stay here regularly. It is a great spot. The staff takes good care of the dogs and always remembers them The dogs are fed twice a day ad are well taken care of. The pricing is also very reasonable and I can usually get a spot on short notice.
