Next door to the feed store, and full of interesting things. It's a friendly place, and who doesn't want to help dogs in need?

I volunteer at barc and I enjoy taking care of animals, but I love when they find there forever home and thank you to all the volunteers who spend time getting these animals out there to the public so they are found by there new families

My second favorite thrift store. I like coming in to see their Knick knacks, decorations, pet supplies, odds & ends miscellaneous items. I always find something good worth buying. Their prices are fair majority of the times, except for the clothing, but when they have a special sale on clothing then it’s worth the money it cost. Nice little atmosphere and nice ladies that work here, and always cute little kitties to come in and say “hi” to. If you haven’t been here I recommend you come check it out. And their sales profit a great cause. Donate your unwanted items here too, it helps give vet care to their future adoptable pets. I ???? barc thrift store!

Very difficult to get a hold of. Non responsive to online application. A simple email response giving me a clue about a timeline would be awesome.

Our dog had been given up for adoption in Feb 2020 as a 2 mth old and we adopted her in September. We are not crazy animal lovers generally, but were looking for a pet. I was very reticent to take a rescue dog at all, for fear it was unwanted for a reason, might have been mistreated and if so, would never recover, but my wife (as always) had the good sense to ignore me. When we arrived at Barc in Banning, CA to collect her, she was extremely timid, but Carol assured us that she was in fact very outgoing and friendly, but if we changed our minds for any reason we could return her. Our dog (Roo) settled in within a few days, was pretty-much house trained after 4 months. She is just the most adorable and intelligent pet we've had and feel so lucky that we found her. Thanks Barc.

I was looking forward to adopting a puppy, and was told I am not able to because “ i’m from Moreno Valley and not in the Inland Empire” Yet Moreno Valley is actually in the Inland Empire...

Basically a scam rescue service. They dont even take strays in. I have NEVER in my life seen an animal shelter that doesn't help animals. Even strays.

Everyone was very kind and helpful,! This place is a life ssvor! I don't know what I would do, had this place not be open! I feel very good and relieved knowing my kittens will be loved and taken good care of, even spoiled not euthanized! They even find them good loving homes, and it,'s affordable! Thank God for Benevolent Animal Rescue Committee! God bless them! I can't say enough good things about them! We donate to them! We love ASPCA! I reccomend and tell all my friends about this great cause! ????????????????????

These are the best, most selfless, caring people I have ever met. If people were half as kind to each other as these people are to these animals this would be a incredible world to live in. Please make a donation or take home a furry friend. You'll never regret it.

I adopted both of my dogs from Petco com BARC . I am heart broken because Ruby had just had her Annual Physical and given her routine immunizations. She was only 13. we have always had them sleep in our room in their beds every night. They had both just been given a clean bill of help from our vet at Northside Veternary. We found her dead in her bed in the morning. No cry for help. Nothing.. we are heart broken and so is her brother (Aka) Rico adopted brother from BARC .We want another dog but we are afraid. We Travel and our grown children always take care of them when we travel but we think that’s not fair to a new puppy. When we adopted Rico who we still have I took a week off work to help him recover from the abuse done to him by 8 year old boys before BARC saved him. He is alive and healthy. Cost me 1,100 dollars for teeth cleaning. So, they both have had a great life but why did his (aka) sister die in the night with no warning? We want to find him a new sister but we are afraid. Any advice? I still can’t stop crying over our loss of Ruby. Why? Why? Why? We loved her so much. And so does Rico who was always considered the weak one. He is alive and fine. I think ??
