I needed care for my puppy on a Sunday and they were able to help being open 7 days a week. They were very kind and caring and even found an issue I wasn't aware of and have continued to help me monitor his growth and progress. He's known and loved there each time we go in❤

My dog was hurting and needed to be seen. Not 1 local vet would see us. Had to drive an hour to be seen here. Everyone was so professional and kind. I'm so very grateful for the warm people here.

Prices are reasonable and staff are simply tge best!!

I have had one good experience and one bad. For the bad one the one office staff I talked to was extremely rude and laughed at me when I asked what I should do of I couldn't wait the hour and a half they wanted me to wait as a walk in. "Haha, that's up to you". My cat had a broken leg. I just wanted help. I hope she gets fired. She shouldn't interact with humans at all.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! One of the best veterinary hospital/clinic that I have ever gone to. I live 40 minutes away from this place, but to me it’s so worth the money! I have taken my two older dogs and they are treated amazing! Services are done fairly quickly and prices are very reasonable, both veterinarians are very professional and very knowledgeable and will answer any questions or concern about your pet! These are the places that we should always support, their love for the patients is definitely there!

I contacted this hospital to schedule an appointment for my dog, and was told I should probably take him back to the first vet I took him to before. I informed the receptionist the first vet was located in Indio, and I'm located in Beaumont as I recently adopted the dog. The receptionist responded by saying I should find another vet. I'm puzzled as to why this hospital wants to turn people away. Anywho I wouldn't recommend this hospital the receptionist was extremely rude.

We love having a new vet in town and the Doctor and the whole staff is so thoughtful and very helpful. And the Vet is so great he never goes for the most expensive way he understands that people aren't made of money but still give such good care to the pets. Thank you for all that you and your staff does on a daily bases.

So far , it seems nice. I've been to 4 vets for my dogs paw and same thing over and over. But that doesn't mean they r not good vets. Just can't get his paw to heal.

My dog had surgery here yesterday. They squeezed her in as a walk in despite being full. I'm so grateful that they were able to help her after so many others turned us away for being overbooked.

Clean. Staff are OK, I took my pup there twice...once for trimming of nails and for his rabies shots. He left happy and without trauma so I guess all is well. Their covid protocol is pretty good. You call when you arrive and wait in car. They will call you to come inside. They are very punctual if you arrive on time. The parking lot is weird and tight. I'd park by Walgreen and walk over.

My appointment was at 9am and we didn't get called until 10am when we were second in line. My dog had a two minute appointment to get his shots. Completely ridiculous

Never come in here with your pet unless its just basic stuff. Pet owners warned. I was in the waiting private room with my pet. This vet has his hands full with useless vet assistants, including himself. I saw them panicking over and over again asking the main vet "omg what do i do?!! Hes turning purple" pets in the back crying uncontrollably. The assistants were trying to hide the situation and closed the door immediately. Im not even knit picking either. He wasnt even sure why my pet had low glucose. I feel like this vet needs to go back to vet school and pay attention instead of thinking about making a quick buck without second guessing symptoms of peoples precious pets. All i saw was money signs on his eyes. R.i.p my poor cat. I spent over 1000 dollars for no reason. All in vain. I hope he sleeps good at night

My puppy was well taken care of. Love the vet there. I drive over an hour to come to this vet

Have been coming here for a while with all of the four legged family members and they have been great. Prices are fair and service is quick.

Took my cat here while he had a sewing needle stuck in his throat. They were the first vet we could get ahold of to get help! We are so impressed with the quickness our cat was helped and even more impressed with the emergency visit cost! We plan to make all our kitties and future pets regulars here! Our kitty ended up just getting it pulled out and is perfectly okay, didn't even need medicine ❤️ Thank you so much for the amazing service during such a stressful moment.

Was recommended this location by a friend, staff was very welcoming and the quality of care is not compromised by their value. Made the trip from the lower desert and was not disappointed. Would highly recommend.
