Took Chloe in for vaccinations. I was a walk in. They were fast! 5 minutes and Chloe was done.

I don't want to jinx myself, or my cat, but so far, this place has been GREAT!! (Hence four stars: may change to five after outcome) I needed to get my kitty in asap for her sore mouth, called for appointment, but I needed to answer other line. When I called back, Hailey let me know an opening sooner just came up, so I was able to get my kitty in sooner. Dr. Singleton was fantastic, very caring, went over all my options and will see if possible to get kitty in for oral cleaning/work asap since she is having such a hard time eating. Entire staff was wonderful; place was clean and no funny smells. I may have found my kitties a new Dr office!!

They always take care of my dogs and never mistreats my babies. They been taking care of my dogs for 10 yrs

Very accommodating, due to our last minute request for an appointment. The staff was very kind and sympathetic. The doctor was knowledgeable, compassionate, and overall great. It was a hard day for us. But the staff was amazing in our time of need.

I was a walk in and they got to my dog Honey quickly.

Great customer service took my dog in with a spide bit they took him in and treated him write away.

I was charged Fifty dollars more for the same medication that I get from Animal Samaritans, they charged me 25 dollars to clean my cats wound but they hurt her and just handed me the stuff and told me I had to do it? I don't think the doctor knew what the heck she was doing. So I got charged a few hundred dollars all together for them to say yeah, your cat has a sore. I would never go to this place again.

My poor dog had an ear infection. After calling about 10 different places no one had anything available. Most of the people that would answer were super rude. Some places never answer their phones. Other places didn’t have anything available until months from now. I was beyond frustrated and decided to call this place. I’m super grateful they took me in without an appointment. The nurses were super kind sweet and professional. The doctor was amazing and knew what to give my dog. The prices were reasonable and affordable. The place was clean and had a good vibe. I’ll definitely be returning back with my dogs. I found our new vet.

Great place! Had dental cleaning for my cat, they did a great job! Staff very nice.

Compassionate, kind doctor and staff. Dr. Operated on my rescued pup and treated him for a skin condition and kennell cough. My puppy recovered well from all that he had going on. I loved that they got him in immediately, took great care of him and were extremely nice and professional. I would highly recommend this Veterinary office/hospital, doctor and staff.

Stay away. They will lie to you on the phone and you will waste your time. Called about getting vaccinations for our dogs and a neuter verification for licencing. Was told to "walk in" on the phone then told we required appointment upon arrival. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! The wait for an appointment is well over an hour. They have enough business that the can careless about quality of care or service.

Vets know thier job, I just can't stand that a business claims to care for animals, but then want to over charge for services that your most likely going to be sent somewhere else, an pay even more, some of these places, are just casino machines,

Blessed to have this clinic close to us. Doctor Greenhouse is the best! Our dog Prudence just loves her???????? Very caring and really worth seeing her. I wish the wait to speak with a receptionist wasn't so long, but it is worth the wait. My hubby said while waiting , one other man said he wished Doctor greenhouse was his doctor!!

They took my dog in When no other vets would during a week day and my dog was having a stroke. Took him to another vet first but they wouldn't even look at him. But as soon as Beaumont vet glanced at him they knew it was serious and took my guy in and they rushed him in. Thank you for saving my baby's life ❤️

Didn't take care of the problem

Don’t come early to your appointment they will not see you until your appointment time . The whole wait in your car and keep calling till the lines not busy is not very good for customer service. Will be looking elsewhere for a new vet .

I went in today for the 1st time and I can say they have 3 new patients for life. I called this morning asking if my dog could be seen for tapeworm without an appointment and they were able to accommodate me after I was turned down from other local clinics. You call and promptly have a response, they are quick to come to your car, they are very thorough with explanation they LISTEN and clearly don’t see my dog as a dollar sign. I knew my first dog had the worm but wasn’t sure about the other 2, the vet instead of charging all these tests simply said if you haven’t seen it as in the other one then they are fine. This made me feel like I have some control and decision making ability whereas other vets are not this honest. I am grateful they took care of my sicker dog and still checked the other 2. My doggy came back to life and you have no idea what your service today meant to me. Thank you.
