Isa Companion Animal Clinic Barstow, California

Visiting from out of state, unexpectedly had to have my 17 yr old Chihuahua put down. We were treated with utmost respect, comfort and dignity.

Great place even the reception lady was very helpful. They keep it clean and they are enforcing the mask and have sitting six feet it more apart. They are charging you for every little thing and your bill will shock you when it is over. Best to go some were else. They are 3 to 4 times higher

The Dr. Saved our dogs life this time! Thank You is not enough to express our feelings. Our Black'ie was very sick needing surgery. His being %100 himself after 5 days is so amazing. Isa has always been our vet and always will be.

They are all very respectful and very friendly. They have taken care of ny dog, cats and even my sick chicken. Even if the very friendly and patient doctor doesn't have all the answers he does his best to find them.

Quick assessment of Pete's condition. The prior Dr. would always suggest x-rays and blood to drive up the cost. This caring Dr. immediately recognized that it was a hairball and prescribed ointment. Very caring and knowledgeable Vet

Seemed to be a great veterinarian but when you really need help they are to busy with other appointments and your animal may die. Like mine did...

Great Place for Furbabies! Staff is great! Caring and kind. Wont go to any other clinic for my baby Zackary. <3 Thank You!! <3 Fast forward to 2021 I have changed my review to 3 stars. Too many issues now a days and the doctors aren’t on the same page and when my for baby was attacked by a pit the way they cared for zack was not okay.

Customer service sucks when you have an emergency.

100 % satisfaction...I took 2 male cats to be neutered and get rabies vaxed... I've had really bad luck with a vet in Apple Valley ..and one in Hesperia...losing 2 cats after routine spay and neutering so I was really nervous to try this clinic...but my cats were totally great immediately upon picking them up and no complications...this office is going to get all my business...I spoke with several other fur parents while waiting..and everyone had positive feelings about Isa... The front desk people...are very polite and competent...they are super busy...and I can see why...

I like my experience when the younger receptionist works there, she makes everything easy, explains to me ALL of my options, good attitude, you can just tell she cares. I love how strict she is with my dog Max and doesn't let him walk all over her. The new vet here is really nice and understanding, and I hope he stays here. It's hard to get a good vet in Barstow because no one wants to live here.

I would give negative stars if possible. I went in for my dog to be seen not to be berated for wear a mask. The vet on shift today was pushing their personal views on me in front of my child. They need to have more professional staff.

Leslie your an amazing soul. Thank you! I can honestly say, that we appreciate these Angels. The staff is very sympathetic and caring. When I say this place is a blessing. It is! We travelled from Los Angeles to come here. LA is terrible with vet costs and the treatment they give our kids. They assisted us with our Osito. The love and compassion from Dr. Bobbli was very thorough. The entire team really goes above and beyond for our pets/Rescues. May God bless this wonderful organization. really like this doctor had "Bisket" spayed there no problems and a rapid recovery .

I understand they are good and compassionate. When I went, though, it was 10AM, posted hours said they open at 8, yet the place was deserted & the phones were unmanned. When I tried calling 35 minutes later I did reach some compassionate individual who offered me suggestions of where I might find what I needed. That person also informed me they have no vet there at all on Mondays.
