The salon staff was very nice but after picking up my yorkie I realized the groomer Courtney had trimmed his Left (only) eyelashes. I was/am beyond upset so I called today after the holidays to complain. I was told that some clients want the eyelashes clipped...never have I heard of such but I didn't request for his Left eyelashes to be clipped. I spent over $400 in that store that one day..not another dime of my money.

I came here for a pitbull fundraiser and they had everything very organized on the inside and the staff is very welcoming

The rosedale petsmart is not only convienant for me,it also is never out of crickets.It seems when all other chain stores are out of any one thing,this store has what i need doubled!!!

Shop here a lot and the stuff is decent but not a lot of variety for some items and way too pricey.

The associates were so very helpful also genuinely wanted to. Very clean, product (dog) was a little sparse. But with these crazy times, it's understandable.

Terrible experience.. I was getting fish and the person who helped me seemed like he hated his job. Worst pet smart in Bakersfield.

Aside from having employees sit there watching you needing help for thirty minutes before being helped. I love the store. I also love the customer service after we h a d gotten helped, but I understand. Cheaper prices than petco, and guess what? These employees actually make you feel welcomed. This store aline has made me want to shop more at petsmart. Granted, it look as beautiful and welcoming as this store.

Brandon made extra effort to help us out, making up for the empty state of the presentation shelves. He also suggested that if we find something “in store” online, that we can order it and “the staff will have to go back into storage and shipping and find it for you”. Thanks Brandon! Otherwise, a typical pet store.

We only shopped here once we got our Maltipoo puppy. Very friendly workers. My dog agrees too, the treats are amazing! They have a large variety of toys, all of which my dog loves. Also, the drive-up is great!! Perfect for when you don’t feel like being productive ????☁️????

Amazing service but they lose a star for corporate face mask enforcement, picked up their last fancy parakeet and the man who handles the pets gets a 5 star very good customer service!
