Everything is was great, store was clean, staff was friendly. I just wish the store had bigger shopping carts that went outside the store and more raw food options.

Lots of good toys and food for the fur babies

It was so busy so it was hard to get any help & their shelves were low on stock or nothing except for pet food but even specific ones I needed weren't available.

Excellent service especially from the ppl that help you with the fishes they got some crazy knowledge and are incredible when it comes to giving you tips to care for your pets

I love the people that work there. They are always friendly and extremely helpful. Keep up the wonderful work.

We Got what we needed. And more

Clean and stocked. But the front staff are young and cocky. Need better customer service in the front dealing with customers

The lady who checked us out was very rude and my advice is don't work in retail if you are a tuna

Your guy in the fish dept is awesome. Very knowledgeable about aquariums and ponds. He totally helped us to pick out our setup to meet our needs.

Rei is the best groomer in town - hands down. She is loving, caring, and will treat your pet like her own. I took my cattle dog to her after 10 years on a cattle ranch - no other human contact, and she was able to make her look like a puppy again. I almost cried when I came to pick my dog up. My dog looked so happy and healthy. She was able to get all of the undercoat out and was able to trim all of her sensitive areas without fuss. I was so concerned that my dog would put up a fight when taken to the groomers, but Rei did everything that needed to be done and more with no fuss! My dog left so happy that she actually enjoyed the car ride home! I can't thank Rei enough for the work that she put in. I am a happy customer, and I will be back to groom her again - and I will be asking for Rei! Thank you soooo much!!!

One of your made a suggestion regarding using a different food for our little senior terrier and so far the new food is working fine, she likes it very well. We will be back and many thanks for all her help. Didn' get her name but she was very helpful.

Cody was most helpful in the handling of all of me and my family's questions in regards to getting our new aquarium set up

Didn't want to sell any fish because tanks needed to be cleaned.

Limits on dog allergies food, get chicken less food

didn't have choke collar for dog, prices higher than Walmart on dog food.

Took our dog in and got him a sweater

I was so happy to see my handsome pup after his appointment with Makayla, it was the hands down best grooming experience we've had! Thank you for doing exactly what I envisioned, and I can tell he was as treated well based off his excited demeanor after. He even got an adorable Fall bandana (sweetest touch!). Great job!

Need more experience for groomers. Dog was shaking and scared. Nails were tender and limped.

Petco Always has what I need.

First time bringing my dog here and last. The grooming department's cashier was rude and did not care their groomer shaved all of my dogs hair. Left a message with supervisor and no one got back with me. We'll definitely go back to Petsmart.

good knowledge peoples but little unfriendly.

Horrible poor service, can't find any help what so ever, I walked all around store trying to get someone's attention, forget it, and only one kind and one bag of parakeet seed, that's it!!!! Awful experience.
