This was our first time but it was great great service and good prices and very clean inside the shop Bell and Sparkle came home very happy they barked all night about it we will be back again and the lady that has the shop was a very nice Christian lady

I brought my puppy here for his first grooming and they were very kind and we're able to get him in on short notice. Unfortunately they gave him a cut I did not want. He is a miniature schnauzer and they gave him a typical schnauzer cut, but they photo I showed was not nearly the same as how he came out. Friendly staff but need to work better on communicating please. Editing my previous review as now my puppy has an ear infection due to the negligence he experienced at this location. The ear infection was caused by water entering his ears while bathing him now I am at the vet with a almost $400 bill infront of me and a very hurt and sad puppy. UPDATE Called to let manager become aware of situation and she started with she has worked in this business for over 20 years and she stated she wanted proof and records of my puppy being at the vet then told me to take my business else where and hung up the phone on me. No apology was extended. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE.

Took 3 dogs and they did a wonderful job. They work with older dogs wonderfully. They are very nice and I trust them with my dogs.
