I came in a few days ago to get my puppies vaccine and 2 of them have got sick and passed away from parvo vaccine.

Wish I could give no stars. Poor reptile babies are kept in the worse possible conditions. We wanted to try and save a baby snake who barely could keep his little head up. We told the staff of the condition they made sure he wasn't completely dead then tried to charge me 175 dollars. Every animal kept there is in too small of cages and the snakes were put directly on the heating pads causing each snake to have major burning on their underbellies and sides. I'd rather pay any other price to shop anywhere else but here. These poor animal babies are nothing but an item on a shelf to these people. Makes me sick just thinking about it.

Everything is a little bit expensive depending on what you're looking for. I have an XL bully and everything for him is out of hand expensive.

I live this place the family is always very friendly, helpful and patient. Ive been going here since they open and I'll be going for many years to come. They have everything your pet needs and if they don't have it in they'll point you in the right direction.

This business does not understand the law. They acknowledge their mask policy trumps the law and they would not sell anything to me even though 1) it is a public accommodation, I am allowed in the store as long as I wasn't breaking the law 2) I am exempt from the mandate (which is not law), nobody has the authority to tell you to put on a mask and 3) I had money to spend. The owner and employees would not engage in civil conversation and the owner even reverted to taunting. Very unprofessional. Unfortunately, I will never shop there again and recommend Petsmart, which has a mask sign but don't harass you.

I like that they have some good bird toys and other stuff. But it’s sad how they keep the birds and other animals. The cockatiel I saw was so stressed out he was plucking. And the ring necks are cramped in one cage. And the cages are small. Poor baby bunny’s had the wrong diet. I do like this place cause it’s were I can’t get my bird some millet at a good price but the conditions the animals are in is disgusting. The cages the birds are in is filthy the water bowls are covered in poop and the food bowls. They put to many bird in one cage to were some have to either be on the floor or hang on to the sides it’s not ok.

Went in to get dewormer for my dogs and they tried to sale me two doses that I really didn't need I found out by Pet Smart

I like buying my wild bird food here. They sell for a good price.

Garcias teeth and pads are very responsible courteous and they know what they’re talking about
