It was an in and out . didn't have to wait long for the Dr to see ur pet.

They are not accepting new clientes. Very frustated they should just notify.

Took my pup to get Vaccinated, he was very comfortable.

If you want fast and good service for your pets this is your vet, I was in and out within 30 minutes. And I was satisfied with the service. ????

Seriously receptionist dude on the phone is hecka rude.

I found Mt. Vernon Veterinary Hospital when my Bernese mountain dog got very sick, Dr. Shane Reno was helping to save him, but we couldn't, the disease was progressing too aggressively. Many years have passed since the day my puppy passed away. All my other pets and one foster kitten were getting check-ups and care in Dr. Reno’s hospital. He was always caring and took the time to answer all the questions and concerns I had about my pets. * photos of Arya ????

I've been taking my dogs and cat here for years. All the receptionists are kind and respectful. Dr. Shane Reno is amazing, has so much compassion for animals. I've never seen someone genuinely care so much for my pets before. Also the cheapest too, comparing with other places my friends go to. Thank you Dr. Reno and your team for caring for all my fur babies.

I brought my Maltese mix dog and they didn’t want to treat her they said they are not taking new patients ????but service.. they said to take her to ER.

My family and I have taken our pets to Dr. Reno since I was a kid. We've always received great care there.

Took my puppy for his vaccinations here and they did great got him in and out in Uber 20 minutes

Always have done very good work on all our dogs, no complaints.

I had an emergency Tuesday with my puppy of 6 weeks old & veterinary & hospital told me that I needed to make an appointment 2 weeks before the emergency. I thought that because it was an emergency hospital they were going to let me in. I also spent 1 hour in the parking lot waiting for someone to see my puppy and the workers just ignored me when I tried to talk to them.

I have been coming to the Veterinary Hospital ever since we moved to Bakersfield in the 90s they are great with her animals and I would recommend them to anybody though staff needs to be a little bit friendlier on the phone but they're all great this is my teacup chihuahua Hercules

My dog was sick but they said they couldn't see her because they were to full so they told me to try driving to los Angeles. My puppy died the next morning

the receptionist is so rude and has a really bad attitude. I tried calling and she hung up the phone before i even had time to ask anything else

Treated my dog for an ear infection, but my dog did not recover with the over night treatment or antibiotics, my dog is still showing the same symptoms of trembling & yelping. I called to make another appointment because my dog is still sick & having the same problem. I was told the Dr./Staff marked my dogs file “no more business” and would not allow me to make further appointments. No explanation was given to me. It usually takes multiple tries to get someone on the phone and the staff in the phone is cranky & the quality of the call is poor (as if they put the phone on speaker and shout from across the room).

Great place I take my dog there for all his needs.

Vet and staff are real nice people, we take all 5 of our dogs there,here is one of our yorkies

I really love how Dr Shane and the staff treated my little girl Chloe. I appreciate their professionalism, everything was explained to me; what they were going to do, and how long it was going to take, and her medication. Dr. Shane has such a big heart with these fur babies, he is definitely sent by GOD. I don't usually like leaving my fur babies with ANYONE. But, I actually felt very comfortable leaving my baby girl with Dr. Shane Thank you My.Vernon Veterinary Hospital.
